Bobby was a no-show for 3 of those days and never communicated with me that he wasn't coming. The day he did show up, he didn't do the job bc he said the price negotiated with my company's contractor wasn't enough. That's been resolved and he still hasn't come through. The no-shows are bad enough, but to not even communicate that you're not coming so I can salvage my day is beyond unacceptable and as unprofessional as it gets. DO NOT USE LIVEWIRE. EVER. I found Gianni Electric on Yelp, requested a quote on the app over the weekend, they replied quickly with a few extra questions and took down my contact info. They got Alec out the next day for a quote, and he came back the following day for the install. We probably could have gotten the work done a bit cheaper if we went with some self-taught handyman off of thumbtack, and I could have done the work myself (though it would have taken me a lot longer and probably would have made a mess in the process); but plumbing and electrical are two things that are worth paying a professional who has a license and insurance for. The price was reasonable and pretty much spot on what we had guessed it would cost us before reaching out. The whole process was pretty painless, and we'll definitely use them again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends.

The technician tried a few parts and said it was the control card. Expensive repair but after I didn't hear back after a couple of days I called and was told they couldn't find the card or suitable replacement so they gave me a $10k quote to replace the whole unit. I asked if it was covered by the warranty since it's only 6 years old and he said they couldn't find any service records so the manufacturer wouldn't honor the warranty. I got a second opinion from another local company and they found a clogged orafice. Once cleared it worked fine and that said this unit will last for years and is still under warranty. Roland Black called a few days later to see if I want to schedule the installation or the new furnace. I explained what happened and asked to cancel my annual service contract and get that money back. She said she would talk to her manager but I have not heard back in about a week. I can't recommend Roland and Black. A friend told me they had a similar experience.

I sent him the specs for the install and he said he could do it but said I would have to pay an additional $600-$900 for his travel. I got with EcoFLow and they stated that I do not have to pay for travel because everything is included in the price of the installation service I paid to EcoFlow and told me that they would get in contact with Leroy to let him know to reach back out. A week went by and I never heard back from Leroy so I called him and he didn't answer. He called me back later that day and was extremely unprofessional. Raised his voice and told me he was not going to do the install unless I paid extra despite what EcoFlow had said and then he immediately hung up on me. Just do yourself a favor and avoid his services unless you want hidden fees and a lack of professionalism.
