After buying a new battery the ceiling fan worked for all of two weeks before it completely died. We had to pay for the install of the fan, the diagnosis of the fan when it stopped working (they told us, yeah this fan is a dud!) and the removal of the dud ceiling fan. When we called to explain what had happened we were told "sorry there's nothing we can do". Even though, the fan was advertised as "like new". Wow, what a great way to run a business - super scam - for any customers thinking about whether or not to purchase a fan from this company, do yourself a favor and just don't. Your future self and dollars with thank you. What a terrible way to treat customers.

However, the name of the store is a little bit misleading (or at least it was for me) because more than half of this store is dedicated to light fixtures and ceiling fans. It seems to be a lighting/fans store first, and everything else is secondary. I was slightly disappointed they didn't have a lot more containers, storage solutions, and closet systems - but it's still a really nice place to shop.

Since the cabinets couldn't be trimmed, I called Jeff and Mindy. They helped me raise my cabinets by 1 1/2 inches to make it fit. This involves all of the following by the time it was done: 1- Remove over range microwave 2- Dismount 96" of cabinets from the wall 3- Remount cabinets 1 1/2" higher 4- Move plug in cabinet to new location 5- Install new over range microwave 6- Install new range 7- Install new Dishwasher Great people that were very positive through it all and were less than half the cost of my quote from Mr Handyman. When I need help again, I will definitely "Just Call Friends!"
