I bought a new refrigerator on sale. Incredible deal on. Major brand! When delivered, it was 1/2 inch too tall to fit under my cabinets. Since the cabinets couldn't be trimmed, I called Jeff and Mindy. They helped me raise my cabinets by 1 1/2 inches to make it fit. She also started the day with a consultation of what I would like done, if her cleaning products were acceptable for my countertops and finishes, and followed the cleaning with an ending consultation to make sure I was happy with her work. Found a deal on living social and decided to use this for a 2- hour house cleaning. I called and Mindy was extremely courteous and professional. She told me she would see if anyone was available and called back within an hour and set up an appointment for me. Donna arrived on time but I was running 20 minutes late. She waited for me and brought her own cleaning supplies. I gave her a rundown on what I wanted cleaned and told her I primarily wanted a deep scrubbing in the bathrooms. The only thing I probably should have asked her was to put covers around her shoes, since I usually don't walk around in my apartment with shoes on, but that's my fault for not communicating beforehand. Even though I ran late, Donna stayed and completed the cleaning in two hours. I reached out to give her a tip and she was actually surprised. She said my payment was complete, and mentioned this was just for her work. I actually LOVE when people don't wait around EXPECTING tip and are actually grateful for it. Mindy contacted me sooner than expected and we set an appt for a walk thru so she.could provide an accurate estimate of the project. She arrived on time for the appt and walked thru my home. Her estimate was fair and reasonable for what I needed and she is such a pleasant person. She explained that her partner Jeff would be working with her. We set a time for her and her Jeff to start the work the following week. They arrived on time and got a lay of the project and immediately began working. I have been in my house for 23 years and had accumulated a lot od things. Well last year I got married and we, not only merged a 2nd household, but received wedding gifts.
