I bought a new refrigerator on sale. Incredible deal on. Major brand! When delivered, it was 1/2 inch too tall to fit under my cabinets. Since the cabinets couldn't be trimmed, I called Jeff and Mindy. They helped me raise my cabinets by 1 1/2 inches to make it fit. She told me she would see if anyone was available and called back within an hour and set up an appointment for me. Donna arrived on time but I was running 20 minutes late. She waited for me and brought her own cleaning supplies. I gave her a rundown on what I wanted cleaned and told her I primarily wanted a deep scrubbing in the bathrooms. The only thing I probably should have asked her was to put covers around her shoes, since I usually don't walk around in my apartment with shoes on, but that's my fault for not communicating beforehand. Even though I ran late, Donna stayed and completed the cleaning in two hours. I reached out to give her a tip and she was actually surprised.
