I called in about 9/9:30 Saturday and was told a technician would be there between 9:55 to 11:55. A tech didn't show up. I understand that. Service calls can vary in times so no worries. I called in at 12:30 for an update. Dispatch was busy and couldn't answer. I was told there would be a call back. I waited until about 13:30. No call. So I called back. Dispatch still couldn't answer but I was reassured they would call me. I waited until about 14:30. Still no call. So I called again. Same story. I called back at 15:30. Same thing again. Finally about 16:00 I got a call back saying that a technician would be there tomorrow (Sunday). That's fine. Sunday at about 8:00 I get a call saying that there are no techs that work in the area on Sunday and that dispatch should have known that. Rescheduled for Monday morning.
