They responded very quickly, sending someone out with the needed equipment. Since they could get to us quickly, it kept us from having to rip out the entire ceiling in our kitchen where water had gotten in. They brought in dehumidifiers and fans, tarped the roof, and then worked up an estimate for us to submit to the insurance company, which they dealt with more than I did.
