Thought I'd use these guys to clean my roof up since I saw there was algae growth coming down and to the sides of my house. Searched on yelp for the highly rated power washers since using my own garden hose wouldn't do the trick. I called and one of the regional managers answered and followed up with some basic questions. In the end we were able to have him send someone out to quote the side of my wall. Cleaning guys were great, they showed up as scheduled and were very polite and friendly. I used Power Washing Pros to clean the driveway, the brick walkway and brick siding on my house. I was very satisfied with the work and would use them again. They cleaned the concrete walkways behind my house and also the wood and stucco exterior walls of the house. I never used a power washing service before and noticed a difference when they were done with cleaning. Not every rust stain or dirt is removed but it looks alot better than before. My windows are spotless and my concern were my rims. He really made my rims shiny for my Toyota Camry. He made my 20 year old car literally into a "brand new car". They overlooked a small area after they power washed my brick backyard on May 4, 2020. I paid top dollar for this service. The salesman Chris assured me that they would come back if they overlooked any spot. I called him the next day and he said he would come and fix it. I called him several times after that and he assured me that it would be taken care of. It is now June 20, 2020-45 days later- and I'm still waiting for them to do what they promised. They also did not warn me and prepare me for water coming through the bottom of the doors and onto my wood floors inside my house and had to mop up a big mess afterwards and hope it will not damage my wood floors. Power washing pros cleaned up so many rust stains in my backyard, side yard and front driveway. They where not able to remove 100% of the stains, but he did inform me before hand. I want to say around 97% of the rust stains where removed. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable in safe removal of rust.
