He also cleaned my office many times. But his scheduling and communication was always lacking. It was never easy to get firm day/times from him. And today, he dealt the ultimate blow. I spoke to him a few days ago to see if he was able to clean at a house we had talked about doing a few weeks back. Several things occurred out of my control that didn't allow it to happen then. He confirmed with me 2 days ago, I approved his contract, received insurance information, etc so everything was in order for today. He said he would be at the house by 12. I called several times this morning with calls going straight to voicemail. And texted with no response. He finally answered at 12 noon to tell me he wasn't going to make it!
