I was later told police had video of the cleaner using my card. The cleaner who came to my home, Ashley Crisswell, was later listed in the Brevard County inmate search with charges dated February 11, 2026, including fraud-related and credit-card-related offenses. Public booking records also show prior felony bookings. My experience with the owner, Joseph Harrington, was also very frustrating. In my view, he delayed, avoided resolving the issue, and did not handle my complaint appropriately. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company in my home.

I was quoted that it would only take 2 1/2 hours. Well it was explained later after the appointment was made that they couldn't do blinds that have to be accessed on a ladder. If the blinds can be reached with a 2 step step stool that wouldn't be a problem. But with 7 of my blinds going up the stairs they would be unable to clean them. No worries. It should cut the time of cleaning the home now to less than 2&1/2 hours. Well they called and said they needed an extra half hour. So I agreed. However According to the company they clocked in at 1259 when they didn't walk through my door till 1:10. Then they left at 3:50. So in reality they were in my home for 2 hours and 40 minutes but was charged for three hours. When I called the company why the time discrepancy all they said was sorry and didn't adjust their time. They cleaned the baseboards that were visible but not behind furniture. And the cabinets were not polish just wiped down with a rag. If you hire this company make sure that the time the employees clock in is the same time they start working. 7/25 just read that Gus reached out to me to resolve any issues I had.
