He is a legend in his own right in Greasby! They rent DVDs, computer games, sell clothes, do photocopying, sell sweets, crisps etc. everything to keep them in business since DVDs became so cheap to buy online, but they are surviving and have great offers like 3 DVDs for £5 for 2 or 3 nights which is a decent deal by anyones standards. Indeed, let's hope that Level Up continues along its current course of becoming the spiritual successor to the sadly-deceased Chip Shop 2000 (except with actual fair prices and slightly less snarky staff).
