Sounds a little cliche right but the truth is, I didn't know how to love me. Growing up in an environment where I had to take care of other peoples needs before my own, no one really taught me that I had myself to take care of too. Coaching and the Coaching Institute helped me re-parent myself. They taught me the manual to my mind, they taught me about my emotions and as a result of bringing unconscious patters of destruction to my conscious awareness, I have no gained more choices and deep sense of strength that I didn't even know could be cultivated within me. The trainers are all so warm, caring and meet me where I am at with no judgement. I've never found a school or tribe who gave so much love and chocolate away and for once in my life I finally feel like I belong and I am home. None of this, "it's a flowery 90s Laura Ashley number and we know how the 90s is back in fashion so we'll up the price tag", it's still, "It's a secondhand dress that smells a bit and has yellowing patches at the underarm region so lets get rid of it for less than $10". That's how it should be. I don't want to rummage through an overstuffed clothes rack where none of the hangers match and most of the items are total rubbish, only to find the one thing of any value to me and have to pay full whack for it. Nonetheless, the prices tend to be slightly lower than at Savers down the road (though not always), and it's good for the suits, ties and ladies' nightwear from bygone eras.
