Bought a sour apple extrem bar last night at about 745 pm before they closed Sunday night. When I woke up this morning after charging it it was at 33 percent it was at 90 percent when I put it on the charger. I'm not a chain smoker as I check again it's at 17 percent not even 24 hours later. Also when hitting the vape it keeps burning and you can hear it continue to burn for several seconds. If the company will not fix this issue. I will not be buying this brand again or shopping with you all for selling less than quality products. Very ghetto do not recommend. read more

They scammed me on December 16th. I paid for pods through my cash app account, received the receipt and message from Ahmed that it was received. When I checked the account 4 days later and saw that it was not paid, I contacted Ahmed again. I received an email from him stating that he would look into it. That was the last time they answered any of my emails ( I sent messages 8 times with no response). I just retired from the Marines and university police, so the issue of 55.62 dollars is not going to disrupt my life. But I do have the time and resources to do what is right, and that they be held accountable for practicing good morals, while doing business with patrons who maybe don't have the funds to be taken from them illegally. Was in that area and wanted a vape, I like going to small owned business, I bought 2 Esco bars for $40 bucks. I KNOW when one is burnt and is a 'bad' one. I told the lady it's burnt, she tells me there is nothing she can do. I ask if she is being serious, she told me yes. This review is only for the eCig and eJuice portion of the establishment. I want to be as indifferent, yet honest, as I can possibly be. I have been pleased and also disappointed with the ejuices that they sell at PPV. The main issue that I want to point it out is that PPV needs to allow consumers to taste the flavors of the juices before purchase. I can not stress this enough. It has become standard practice in the industry that If you mix the juices in house and sell them this is something that will keep the consumers coming back. The reason I say this is because I have had about 50% luck with the juices there. The first two I tried, the Gusher and Pink Dot flavors, were very good and after steeping have gotten better. The next two I tried, Black Cherry and Ecto Cooler, were damn near stomach churning. I'm not sure if it's because of the fact that they haven't had time to sit, breath and steep to evaporate out some of the chemicals that may come with the flavorings or even the PG and VG they use, but it almost tasted like plastic was mixed in it. Maybe it's the bottles? This is why I can't stress enough that you guys need to start letting people taste the juices before purchase. I really think this would help in defuse anyone disappointed with them. I understand that not every flavor will meet someones need or standard but with taking that step you can cut that out all together and have virtually nobody ever say they bought a flavor they didn't like. The employees and the service they provide has been great as well as the pricing of pretty much everything in that section of the store. I was paying double for the coils in my tank at other shops and the batteries and mods are very well priced, the best I've seen in town. That's comparing literally 7-9 other shops. You can't beat the prices. If you guys read this, please don't take offense just take it as constructive criticism. I will continue to spend my money at PPV and would just really love to see the taste-testing get started. This is my favorite vape shop hands down. They mix the juice there so they have a huge selection of flavors and don't run out of my nicotine level in the flavor i want. They participate in a rewards program, i think it's called five star but I'm not sure. Anyway you use your phone number and get points for purchases. I get free juice pretty frequently that way. Probably the best smoke shop in the DFW metroplex, if you are visiting looks for all sorts of pipes with great prices check this place out. As with any smoke shop if you're looking to get a new piece you might want to go look around first because buying something there is a wise investment. All of there products are very nice quality and cheap because they order most of them online resulting is great deals. This smoke shop has everything and more they could offer and I've had great service there excellent and friendly staff will often kindly give you there opinion and not push you to buy anything, they're just chillin. As for incense it's obviously not suppose to be smoked if you read the back it says in bold letters "NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION". James doesn't have a clue what he's talking about because they get all incense shipped to them, for example when k2 was made illegal when i went up there they had k4. This shop also is helpful and has a poster of most potent incense blends if you bother to ask for help. My husband bought a Mini Vivi Nova tank in PPV for me. The tank kept blowing my batteries. No matter what battery I put it on, it would kill the battery. He took it back today to exchange it. He was told they no longer carried Vivi Nova tank and would not exchange it or refund his money. Pretty much he was told, too bad, so sad, you are out the money.
