Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact the company regarding the warranty coverage that was promised, but my calls and messages have gone unanswered. A warranty is only valuable if a company stands behind its work. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Because the issue remains unresolved and communication efforts have been ignored, I will be filing a complaint with the contractor licensing board.
