I've not had to go here for a long time because my snoring finally stopped. This clinic always made sure the CPAP machine was setup correctly. I hated the damn thing, but it's better than a heart attack and at least my wife could sleep, even If I could not. Now, I've a bad case of Inversion. I'm drowsy all day, but can't sleep. Then at night I can't sleep. Maybe this clinic can help with that. With all the shift workers in Las Vegas, the doctor must have seen plenty of them . I do recommend going here. read more

The doctor is finer, but the staff at his doctor's office are very bad. They do not answer the phone, they do not tell you that you are calling his office instead of the sleep center, etc. The Sleep Center team is good, but his doctor's office crew are very poor customer service read more

I give this Doctor twenty stars not just the five. I see him for two reasons in the same building just different suites. The first suite is 100 I believe I see him as a Sleep Doctor. Then In suite 105 I think it is I see him as my Internal medicine doctor. He has changed my health and sleep habits. I'm doing much better and it has to do with him. He is controlling my blood pressure and helping me with my sleep disorder. Hes professional kind meek and humble. I would tell anyone to go see him he is the BEST. Fine. I called Tuesday morning and today is Thursday afternoon and no one has called me back. These people should not be in the medical field. This doctor was unable to care for our loved one. We had every hope that our loved one would recover but instead now we are left without our loved one who died as a result of their experience with this doctor. The doctor only added to our misery and would not inform us as to what was happening with the patient (our loved one) and he had no solutions on how to help him. Every member of his team are great at whatever task they are giving. This is an internal medicine office and it's HUGE! They pretty much accept every healthcare plan out there. The doctors are really nice and caring. They actually know your name without having to look at the chart! They take their time to explain things to you and you feel like you have a say in your treatment. 2 of the worst experiences with doctors offices I have ever had! My internist referred Dr Prabhu to see if I have sleep apnea. When my significant other & I went for the consultation the office was packed with people; filthy and the staff was non responsive and uncaring! Finally, Dr. Prabhu came into the exam room and he was sneezing, coughing and blowing his nose. I was so disgusted that I didn't want him to come near me and I certainly didn't want him getting close so he could listen to my chest. After 20 seconds he pronounced that I have sleep apnea and he would help me sleep. Thankfully, one of his assistants came into the exam room to inform me that I needed to book an overnight sleep study. Since I have Medicare, I could only be scheduled on a Friday night. It was almost 7 weeks before they had an appointment that worked with my schedule. Then, 2 days before my scheduled appointment, I received a call telling me they needed to reschedule my appointment because they were overbooked. After protesting that I took 7 weeks to get that time the uncaring staff said I could reschedule or not. I made my 2nd appointment for a Friday 3 weeks later and was informed again that if I cancel I would have to pay cash fee. Here's the short version of the test: I was supposed to be in a room with a reclining lift chair. The 1st room had a broken chair so, I was put in a room with a 30 year old chair that WAS NOT electronic. I had the test and because I'm disabled I need a mobility scooter to get around. I got up from the antique chair and since it was manually operated the foot piece didn't close fully and I hit it, Lost my Balance and FELL. I WAS ON THE FLOOR AND COULD NOT REACH THE EMERGENCY CALL BUTTON SO I SCREAMED FOR HELP. Finally, a staff member came in but he REFUSED TO HELP ME GET UP! I screamed some more and another patient came in to assist me back to my feet. I was so humiliated, hurt and mad that I just went outside until I was picked up at 6 AM Saturday morning. I never heard from anyone at Dr. Prabhu 's Office. Finally, I scheduled an appointment with a professional pulmonary doctor who treated me like I expected. After another, far more comprehensive sleep study, I was scheduled for my follow up before I left the morning after the sleep study. Dr. Prabhu and his staff taint the medical profession! After 6 weeks I finally heard from Dr. Prabhu 's Office with a voicemail. I wanted a copy of the report on the sleep study I had at his office. I called his office 14 times leaving about 10 voicemail messages on about 6 different people's extensions before I gave up. About 3 days later I finally received a return call. The final irony is after all I went through to get Dr Prabhu for a copy of the sleep study report to be sent to my current doctor; it was faxed and Prabhu's fax was not working properly and 3 times sent an unreadable report to my doctor. I have had sleep apnea for 25 years. In the last year and a half I have had a sleep study at home, 3 sleep studies somewhere else, tried a Bi Pap, seen an ENT and another Pulmonary doctor who sent me to Dr Prabhu for another sleep study. His assistant Donna wanted me to talk to him before scheduling my 4th sleep study. Within 10 minutes, he looked at my history and told me I did not need another sleep study. He said all I need was the right machine and he would get it for me. He prescribed a DreamStation and no more sleep apnea. I knew he only wanted to help me and could have just had me come back for the sleep study. I believe he only wants to help his patients and is not in it for the money. Now, after 25 years, he solved my problem in 10 minutes. read more

This is the worst doctor's office I've ever been to in my life. Dr. Prabhu is terrible and his staff is even worse. Another doctor used to work here who was much, much better. I didn't get to work with him very long, because he quit. I pay this guy a $50 copay for a five minute handshake and his staff forgot to send in a prescription for my CPAP supplies. They tell me I have to come back in for a new prescription, but they don't even do it when I come in!!!! Then when I call to have it faxed, all they do is give me grief over the phone. I dread coming here because I've never waited less than two hours for my appointment. The machine that reads the memory cards for the CPAP machine is always broken, can never read any of the cards, and they make all of us sit there for hours because they don't know how to fix it. Pathetic. The people who work here need to get it together and learn how to run a doctor's office. You look like a bunch of fools every time I come in. I can't wait to find a new doctor. You're the worst in Las Vegas. You need to write your CPAP prescriptions for a full year or a lifetime. I'm sorry your other patients aren't compliant and don't use their machines. I actually use mine every single day and need it to live. All you do is treat me like garbage, like I'm trying to get pills. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You're not medical professionals in my mind. All you do is rip off and inconvenience everyone who walks in here. You deserve to go out of business. read more

Who cares what an office looks like if the doctor in charge truly cares about your well-being. With a very tight schedule I am always welcomed to see Dr. Prabhu anytime that is needed. I have referred two dear friends to his care as well and they are both so happy I did. Dr. Prabhu and assistant David have always treated me with the utmost respect and no matter how busy will always take time to listen to my health concerns so I can get the best care needed. I only wish the office was closer to me, but I would travel 100's of miles for the care I get. I am blessed and grateful to have Dr. Prabhu and David in my life. They are quite a team! I was a new patient here in regards to my pulmonary condition. Hadn't even met or seen the doctor yet. Thats how "new" I was. Up until my appointment everything seemed to be in order. I arrived 45 min PRIOR to my appointment (I was asked to arrive 30min early..to fill out paperwork) about 15 min after my arrival.. I'm given the paperwork...I fill out and return that along with my ID and insurance card....and wait. (Which was about 20 min) People are starting to pile in at this time mind you..not really concerned with whats going on.. until the patients who arrived AFTER me are being called. It is now 10 min PASSED my SCHEDULED appointment time..the receptionist calls me up to retrieve my cards (and not once mentions the delay) I am now 30 min PASSED my SCHEDULED appointment time when I hear a couple other people discuss their concerns with their appointment times to see the doctor (which was also my scheduled time). I had another appointment exactly 1hour after my scheduled time with this DR. So I approach the window and tell the receptionist my issue and that I need to cancel. And She just looks at me and says..OK....? And does absolutely NOTHING to reschedule..shes just looking at me like a deer in headlights...not even sympathetic to the fact that this office just wasted an hour of my time. She for sure didnt give 2 shits about my concern or issues and me cancelling on them (now 35 min PASSED my SCHEDULED appointment). If these are the kind of the non-compassionate idiots this doctor is hiring..I can only imagine what the actual doctor is like. There was NO sense in urgency in this office (and these are people with some serious health problems..and their care is crucial). I honestly feel like they dont see you as a patient but a walking dollar sign.(Hence why they scheduled 4 patients at the SAME time) I left hat office very upset and still feeling the same as I did when I walked in. Unprofessional and a disgusting regard to patients with critical needs. Change your staff (especially the receptionist) or business wont be good for you for much longer. I don't care HOW long this mans been "in practice" consistent investigations by the government/FBI for fraud and how he treats his colleagues?? No wonder I got treated the way I did.
