CHOI: I have been a patient of Dr. Choi since 2015 (way back when he was in Summerlin in the brown offices starting out - one of his first few patients he started with) , and I can say without hesitation that having Dr. Choi as my physician has been one of the most meaningful and reassuring constants in my life. Over the years, he has been there for me through some of my toughest moments, as well as some of my best. His care has extended far beyond what I believe most people would consider the ordinary responsibilities of a physician. Dr. Choi and all of his staff have made sure I was taken care of even after hours, remained involved through multiple hospitalizations, and consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that I received the care and attention I needed. What distinguishes Dr. Choi from most physicians however, is the way he advocates for his patients. There have been times when I was physically, emotionally, or otherwise unable to advocate for myself, and he stepped into that role without hesitation. Knowing that someone was in my corner--someone who understood my history, listened to me, and genuinely cared about my well-being--made an immeasurable difference. After more than a decade as his patient, I don't view he simply as a physician. I view him as someone who has earned my deepest trust and gratitude through years of compassion, dedication, integrity, and unwavering commitment to my care. Exceptional physicians are difficult to find. A physician who consistently treats you like a person rather than a patient is even rarer. I am profoundly grateful to have had that kind of physician in my life since 2015. I could not recommend them more highly. REVIEW FOR DR. CHOI'S STAFF (Laura, Daisy, Ashley, Christine, Dani): The staff at this office is truly exceptional. From the moment you walk through the door, you are treated with kindness, compassion, patience, and genuine respect. They consistently go far above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and never make you feel like you are simply another patient. Over the years, I have experienced countless examples of their willingness to help. Whether it is answering questions, coordinating appointments, handling paperwork, communicating with other providers, or simply taking the time to listen when you need someone to help, they are always there. They are incredibly attentive and make every effort to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. What I appreciate most is that their compassion feels genuine. Even during difficult and stressful circumstances, they remain patient, understanding, and reassuring. They have gone out of their way to make challenging situations easier and have repeatedly demonstrated that they genuinely care about the people they serve. It is rare to find a medical office where the entire staff consistently operates with such a high level of professionalism, empathy, and dedication. They create an environment where you feel supported, respected, and confident that someone is willing to help you whenever you need it. The staff is an extraordinary reflection of the quality and compassion of this practice. Their commitment to their patients does not go unnoticed, and I am incredibly grateful for everything they have done for me over the years. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. They truly go above and beyond. *Laura is the WORLD'S best phlebotomist! She's the ONLY one I will let near my arms - she's like a ninja when she gets me with the butterfly needle, because I have VERY hard to find veins and I've been told I'm a "VERY hard stick." Laura gets me on the first try and can get all the vials she needs for labs. I can't comment on others in the office because Laura knows she's the only one I allow to take vial after vial of blood from me. :) read more

Excellent, excellent, excellent! there may be a waiting list or qualifiers to receive this high-quality Care. A concierge doctor practice may not be for everyone. For the ones that it applies to it can be the difference between well-managed care, and living a life of lesser quality. read more

Finally....peace of mind. My husband and I have the best health insurance money can buy in this town; however, as most of you reading this review have discovered, Las Vegas has the worst medical system in the nation. Forget being able to see your primary physician one to two months out even if you are experiencing a medical emergency. Most likely, you will end up just going to the Emergency or Urgent Clinic and wait in a waiting room full of sick people for 4-5 hours. My husband and I experienced this numerous times and let me tell you, the Doctors in the Urgent Clinics or Emergency rooms are not that experienced. It seems as though they put all the "interns" in these positions. You will be lucky if you get the proper diagnosis and get any help at all. After literally considering moving out of Nevada for this reason alone, we opted into looking into Concierge doctors. We are thrilled that we found Dr. Choi! So far, not able to get in that soon!). And for prescriptions, one phone call (someone always answers the phone) and it is done, done, done. No hassles, no leaving messages, no insurance issues. Trust me....you need a concierge doctor if you have health issues or are elderly like my husband and I and live in Las Vegas. It is worth every penny! FYI, not all Concierge doctors are good. We started with another Doctor before finding Dr. Choi, and she was awful. Dr. Choi is exceptional and we are extremely picky. You will know when you go to his clinic. I have melasma on both my cheeks and sun spots that have been bugging me for years. I finally decided to see a dermatologist ( Las Vegas skin and cancer clinic), I met Eberhard Maendel, PA twice and he prescribed a special facial cream. After using it a few months, I realized there was no change in appearance. Chemical peel or Intense pulsed light (IPL) therapy were other options. After I did my own research, I found out that the pico laser is newest method to treat hyper-pigmentation. I went to see Dr. Choi for Pico Laser consultation. He was very attentive about my skin needs and spent almost one hour listening all my concerns. After my second pico laser treatment, along with collagenizer, Hydroquinone 4% cream twice a day, and tretinoin cream 0.025% daily at night, and wearing sun screen religiously, I finally can see the result that I wanted. For the first time recently I went to Dr. Choi with some serious health issues. I had a lot of questions and no answers, and was very concerned. Without going into my personal medical details I can tell you that his time, attention and expertise made a significant difference in my health in a very short amount of time. I know people who went years trying to solve problems like I had. Well I didn't have years, I'm a busy person! Dr. Choi, as I said was thorough and most important, effective! Dr Choi is an expert internist with a tremendous sensitivity to the disease processes. As an RN I so valued his opinion with the health care of my physician husband who had a major stroke in 2002. Dr. Choi's expertise brought him back to almost full function other than aphasia. He lived 13 years longer than expected after the initial stroke. Dr. Choi is an internist that treats the patient as well as the family. If looking for the total package you would be wise to seek care from Dr. Choi. I also am Dr. Choi's patient and appreciate & trust his care so much that I travel back to Las Vegas for his care even though I now live in Alabama. This is my second experience with a concierge physician. My first doctor was a brilliant doctor however the staff and service was ridiculously bad. I learned that since we as patients spend a lot of time with a doctors staff it is critical to have great staff. Dr. Choi has a terrific group who are super competent and friendly and make you feel like your visiting a friends house for social visit. They have been with him a long time and really appear to enjoy their jobs. Doctor Choi is brilliant and takes sooooo much time with you to listen and discuss all your needs. This is absolutely the best medical care I have ever had and the best investment you can make towards your health. read more
