I wish I could give this team more than 5 stars! It's no secret that searching for a house in today's market ESPECIALLY in the Austin area is incredibly difficult. My wife and I decided to build in a new community in Manor because it was affordable and was close enough to the city to still feel like Austin. Prachi and MJ Realty was committed to giving us as much information in as easy-to-digest parts as possible. They stuck with us through every step of the buying, design, inspection, and closing process. at some points, they coached us on what to expect and things we could say to get certain outcomes and as a homebuyer that meant alot. We were getting an enormous amount of jargon thrown at us and at no point did we feel lost. The team was also extremely organized! They managed our documentation, gave us access to a share portal and had checklists from beginning to end. It was a long process in helping to find options for lots and neighborhoods, but when we finally found it, they helped throughout the build process and guided through all the changes in the process (it had been over 20 years since our last new build!). Once that was done, it was on to selling the old house and they were honest and straightforward with the ins/outs of prepping the house for the sale.
