I drove from more than an hour away to pick up the taxes and pay their fees and the doors are locked with no one there. I talked the day before the the tax preparer that I would be there today and there was no indication that they would be closed. Ugh You certainly don't get what you pay for here. Not sure if it's because they were acquired by Avantax or if it's just the way they treat their long time customers, more that 20 years with them.
