The staff at Club Pilates was so helpful and friendly as soon as we got there. They showed us how to properly use the equipment and how to be safe while using any of the machines. The class itself was a great introduction as they showed some exercises that hit every major muscle group. When we finished up, I felt so loose and limber especially in my hips.
