None of really new anything about Pilates before coming in so we did not know what to expect. We signed up for the free 30 minute intro class and it was honestly perfect for us newbies. The staff at Club Pilates was so helpful and friendly as soon as we got there. They showed us how to properly use the equipment and how to be safe while using any of the machines. The class itself was a great introduction as they showed some exercises that hit every major muscle group. When we finished up, I felt so loose and limber especially in my hips. You know...all those parts of our bodies women are always complaining​ about. Each class is 55 minutes long and, while it is low impact, you still end up sore and sweaty by the end.
