I don't know why so many luxury brand stores get low reviews for bad service. This hasn't happened to me and I go often enough. My recent visit to Prada was great. It was short but we got what we needed. AND LEE, a wonderful lady who worked at Saks in Galleria who was my go-to sales associate now works at this store so I'm ecstatic about that! Went to get my mom a pair of furry slippers for recently and it went without a hitch. The item was wrapped well and we were treated well- constant smiles and asking if we're good. read more

I've had 2 bad experiences with this specific Prada store in the past 3 months. My first experience was with a sales rep who came off as VERY pretentious and talked down to customers. Most recently, I stopped by at 5:15pm and when a worker came out front to close the door and claim they were "closed" when their store hours are until 6pm. No hi or bye, she just said "we're closed" and walked away. Don't recommend this specific store. read more

I came into Prada in search of a wallet that is always out of stock online. This location didn't have it, but Nicole, who was the sales associate helping me, was very kind and helped me place a request to order it from a different location. The overall selection of pieces at this Prada is fairly good with both men's and women's. read more

Been to this location before and idk what happened. I always find Prada stores when I travel to shop. 100 percent this is the rudest and worst staff I've ever come across. No greeting. Nobody asking if I liked the shirt I was holding. Just standing around staring into phones. I went to Dior to shop and they were awesome! Check them out! read more

Met with Sam in the Devil Wears Prada and he was nothing but helpful. The man takes pride in his work and had a big warm smile on his face. He was even rock the one black Michael Jackson glove. The glow is not for show. They have to wear them when touching leather items. The bracelets and tiny colorful mens wallets were a joy to try on. Not sure I would pay $200 plus dallors for a bracelet or wallet, but they did have what I was looking for. I will have to think about it Once again, Thank you Sam for you help. read more

I'm new the Prada world, but John helped me feel like a long-time friend. He helped me pick out a beautiful silk scarf (the designs and details on the silks are amazing art work!). He was fun and professional to shop with, as he showed me multiple ways to wear the scarf. I look forward to returning because of this pleasant experience. The store itself was beautifully laid out as well. I knocked off one star because I'm used to being offered something to drink at other designer boutiques (coffee, tea, water, wine: thank you Dior! - Burberry even presented me with macaroons before!). I'm not coming in for the refreshments, but who doesn't like feeling pampered and like a VIP? read more

Cyndy's Bottom Line: Beautiful merchandise with atrocious customer service. So excited to see Prada at Tyson's Galleria. Stopped by to check on the purses. I asked the sales associate to see a purse and see muttered something as she walked towards the back of the store. She bought a purse out put it on the counter in front of me and walked away. She was obviously more interested in conversation with the other associates. Too bad to sad. I will not be shopping in the store again. Aloha! read more

She assured me that a conversation will happen with Dalal and that she would never train her employees to respond to customers that way. I trust that this was an one-off incident as I never had a bad experience at Prada before in L.A. or Vegas so I don't expect anything less in D.C. either. read more

Fabulous customer service.....although they didn't have what I was looking for they went out of their way to find something in another store. Ultimately it was not meant to be however, I did end up with a great little impulse buy. Who doesn't love camo and Prada?? Best of all, the manager promised to reach out when new products arrive that are similar in style/color to my original desire. Friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. This is a beautiful store with beautiful merchandise and the sales associate could not have been any nicer or more helpful. However....when it came time to pay for the bag I chose, two other employees converged on the register to monitor the transaction along with the sales associate which made me feel very uncomfortable. It may have been that the sales associate was new there, or that they were prejudging my ability to pay for a designer bag based my casual summer attire. In any case, a woman who appeared to be the store manager made a comment to me in a tone that made me want to leave without buying the bag but I really didn't want to penalize the sales associate for the other woman's lack of tact. Next time I am interested in buying a Prada bag I'll bypass the store and go directly to the website. read more

This store is atrocious. The carpet is dirty, there is no merchandise, and the staff can't even be bothered to greet you. I walked in during the middle of the day on a Sunday - the store was nearly empty. Of the three employees standing around doing nothing, exactly zero of them even said hello. I couldn't even bring myself to have them ship the item I was looking for. I recommend going to the Neiman Marcus in the mall, where they have a proper shoe salon and an attentive staff. How could a store that sells such high end retail offer up such bad customer service? Lemme tell youuuu- A few weeks ago I stopped in here during off hours to buy a wallet for a friend. There was one associate helping another woman, but never seemed to see me or acknowledge me. I poked around and waited about 15 minutes, but realizing their transaction might take a while I left and got a coffee, and I came back about 20 minutes later. The male associate who greeted me upon returning didn't greet me by saying hi, he said "you must want to buy something since you came back"...okay dude, here we go. I asked the him to look at the red wallets that they had knowing that this is the item my friend wanted specifically. He showed me 3 that they had in store ranging from about 400$ to 700$. I found one I liked but before confirming the purchase I asked him if I could see some black wallets as well. I did not tell him I planned on buying the black one for myself and the red one for a friend. He showed me the black wallets which were similar to the ones I'd previously seen in red, however the black wallets are naturally at a lower price point. I picked a black one (for myself) and was about to also tell him what red wallet I wanted when he replied "oh...you can't afford the red one?"....My jaw dropped. The black wallet I'd asked for was 345$. The red one I planned on buying for my friend was 665$. If this man could have curtailed his mouth I would have purchased two ridiculously expensive wallets; instead I told him I'd changed my mind and didn't want any wallet. I'll admit that I have an affinity for Prada sunglasses, but can buy those as well as other merchandise at a handful of other retailers; many of which are right in the Galleria. On top of that there are many high end retailers in the Galleria which are all selling other high end handbags and wallets. This guy needed some serious re-education. read more

ludicrous return/exchange policy. 14 days, in original condition with receipt. I bought my niece a sweater for christmas. I ordered it on the 17th of December. She attempted to exchange it for another style here on the 29th but was told she needed the receipt (it did not arrive with a gift receipt).
