This place is awful. I brought three pieces of clothing: one required very simple alterations, and…read morewas done okay, but two required more extensive work. A pair of pants I asked to have taken in at the waist and legs came back with one leg too tight and the other even tighter. There was a difference of almost 3/4 of an inch in the taper. I insisted they be fixed, and the second attempt wasn't much better. I also brought a vintage coat from the 30s to find out if it was worth modernizing. The tailor assured me the fabric was hugely expensive wool. I told him I'd want to get the coat cleaned first to make sure it would look good, and he told me not to worry; he was going to take care of everything. When I asked if he was sure, he told me "Please, I'm here 30 years..." Well, when I got the coat back, looked like it had been sewn by a student, and it was just as unclean as it had been when I dropped it off. I brought it to a dry cleaner and the stains, as I suspected, could not be lifted. Also, the coat wasn't wool. The shop needs more craftsmanship and less con. I wouldn't go back there to hem a pair of Levi's, let alone trust them with anything of value.

Their typical XL fits like an M everywhere else! Yeah, I know, I should lose a few pounds, but seriously?? :) Ok, so I can't shop here, but it's fun going into this location with my wife ... she loves the clothes and the staff is really awesome. They are great at helping without being pushy; very friendly, quick to get other sizes & colours, and will tell you if something doesn't quite look right. Lots of change rooms and comfortable seats for us husbands & boyfriends to wait, chat, bs, and catch up on emails and txts.

I was so disappointed im walmart kirkland to i been going there every 2 weeks for groceries for the…read morepast 6 years never had a problem till today as I was so embarrassed and felt profiled by the staff/manager so as I was checking out at the self service cash I noticed to of the employees watching me like a hawk ok at first didn't think anything about it as that's there job than after paying and arriving at the exit I was approached by the 2 ladies and 2 other men asking to see my bill again just doing there job since I had things under the cart but then one lady starting digging in my bags when I asked if there was an issue she completely ignored me and continued rummaging through my things so I ask again a few times politely if there was a problem finally she responded that I did not scan some items and continued digging in my things pulling out bread saying it's not on the receipt I had to show her that both breafs were on there than she pulled out my 35cent noodles mind you in just spent 350$ asking me how many I have and were is it on the bill I showed her and she dug them out of bag and counted them this went on for 18 mins of my time wasted and embarrassed and insulted once I put my bags in the car I went back in to service counter to file a complaint it was one of the women at the counter I asked how do I file a complaint she pointed out the manager that was the other woman that had just wasted my time so I asked her how can I file a complaint and she told me to see the woman at the service counter and she just told me to see you and they looked at each other and laughed so all this to say I will never be going back to this walmart again .
