Great service.. I booked the day before and paid in advance via credit card on their website (you can also pay with cash when picked up). There was someone waiting with my name on a sign when I arrived. Unfortunately some idiot backed into us in the parking lot as my driver was paying for parking, so we got delayed 15 - 20 minutes as they exchanged paperwork. The driver was very apologetic and I got a 50% discount on my return ride as a result (which I had to request from the company). Upon return, the driver picked me up in the lobby of my hotel exactly on time. Although I had provided all my flight details, he did not know which airline I was flying and actually dropped me off on the wrong end of the terminal for my airline, but it's a small airport so no big deal. The cars are not exactly the newest, but they are fine. What's more important is that they are prompt and professional. Pricewise - an uber will still be cheaper (about half the price; $10 vs $20 to the center of the city) and I found them very easy to use in Prague, but if you want to be sure to have a car booked in advance and don't want the hassle of trying to find an uber driver, this is the way to go. read more

After examining other options for transfer from the airport which is not served by train or convenient public transit like many other European airports, we elected to book online for both ends of our travel. So glad we did. The booking process is simple and effective. As we got through customs into the arrival hall our driver was waiting with his distinctive orange sign with my name on it. He promptly escorted us to the awaiting Mercedes sedan and dropped us at our hotel 20 minutes later complete with a copy of an insiders guide to Prague. I referred to this a lot during our stay!! They also provide a free guided walking tour but we opted to walk on our own. Departure pick up was established and our driver arrived at our hotel 15 minutes early and whisked us off to the airport. Having been burned by a Czech cabbie on a past trip (the currency is so big! how many circles will we go in!? Where are we!? Why is he smoking!? What is going to happen to me!?), I decided to relive some stress and book a transfer to and from the airport for my recent visit to Prague. I found them via Yelp (of course), quickly booked via their website and received a confirmation within minutes that was friendly and informative. I arrived to Prague, they were exactly where they said they'd be, popped open an umbrella to escort me through the rain to the waiting car, and we were on our way. A smooth, comfortable, friendly ride at a fixed rate of 20 euros? Sure its a bit pricier than some other options but coming from London (and other cities I've traveled recently) -- this is still a steal. Also you can feel like a baller rolling to the airport in a black Mercedes. It's the little things in life sometimes, ok!? Other things I liked: *payable by card online, or cash to driver -- who will accept euro, Czk, etc. I ended up having some euro leftover from my last trip and he was happy to take them. *they give you a voucher for a free tour of beautiful Prague (why not!?) and a map. This was our first trip to Prague. Our flight was arriving in Prague at 9:30 at night, so we arranged the airport transfer. The driver was waiting for us when we got off the plane. The woman who was to meet us at the apartment we were staying at wasn't there when we arrived, and so we found ourselves in an alley in the Old Town and with a cell phone that didn't work in Prague. Our driver could not have been better. He made the call for us and then waited with us until our contact arrived. After reading about warnings about bad cabs in the guide books, I decided to arrange for a driver. Prague Airport Transfers is frequently mentioned in several online forums. You can book online, including specifying how many people and luggage so you get the right vehicle. You receive a quote and have the option of pre-paying or paying the driver. I prepaid. The site has good instructions and pictures of where to meet your driver. Trust me, when you get to PRG, it's really easy. Not a big airport at all. The driver was there as expected, even with a 45 minute delay in baggage claim. Friendly and helpful. I was so pleased that I booked a driver for our return trip to the airport. You get a voucher for a free four hour walking tour. If our schedule allowed, we would have taken advantage of it (more good reviews about the tour on TripAdvisor). It's true you can make your way from the airport to your hotel using public transportation, and there is a lot of info online for you to make this happen. However, after a long flight with the BF, I did not want our first experience in Prague to be navigating public transportation and the freezing streets with our luggage. It was $30US well-spent. Phenomenal. These guys are the go-to #1 in Prague for fixed rate transfers from any destination to where ever! I actually used these guys to drop me off right before the entrance of Prague Castle at the top (so i didn't have to go from bottom to top). I also had them pick me up at a cathedral nearby when I was hanging out in Mala Strana and Old Town for a few hours, with no phone number or anything. That's what makes it so interesting too. It's simply a matter of trust between the client and company that we'd all meet at a certain point at a certain time. On the day I had to leave for the airport, I booked a 800CZK ride in a Mercedez just for kicks and the driver promptly showed up at the hotel, let the receptionist know, and took our luggage. They were professional, courteous, and spoke a decent amount of basic English. The whole booking online is extremely easy to do and learn. You simply navigate through their instructions, set the to and from destination, and you will either get the instant quote right there and can pay online or in-person or they get back to you after calculating the fee. Once, I had a problem where the driver charged me twice, but a quick online message through their website and I was able to get the charge refunded promptly. We used Prague Airport Transfers to get from Nuremberg to Prague. They were extremely professional and reasonably priced (fixed pricing which eliminates any questions of whether they decided to take unplanned detours)! We were on a Danube River cruise, and because of "high water" were not able to get by boat to Nuremberg. So we called their support number, selected the "English" language help option, and explained to someone that was fluent in English that our arrival time and location in Nuremberg would be different than originally scheduled. NO PROBLEM! We were picked up and made it to our hotel in Prague with no issues. As noted in other reviews, they even offer a free 4 hour walking tour of Prague to their clients. Since this was our first time to Prague, we took the tour (which starts from the town square every day at 11:00). The tour guide, Ross, was again, very fluent in English, extremely knowledgeable of Czech history as well as Prague architecture and culture. If four hours is too long for you, they always take a lunch break after two hours and restart the 2nd half of the tour from the same spot each day, so you can split it across multiple days. At the end of the tour we had seen many of the significant attractions, had a good understanding of the history of the Czech Republic and a great appreciation for the Czech people! Thank you Ross! Shuttle: They were waiting for me along with a couple when I arrived from the international terminal. It was easy to find them. He was holding a sign with my name. He walked us outside to his black sedan, gave us bottled waters, and a little travel guide book that was very useful filled with tourist attractions, the walking tour, and what I found the most helpful throughout the Czech Republic a phrase guide. He dropped off the couple first at their hotel then took me to mine. I think it took about twice as long as what a normal cab would have taken, but for the price, services, and convenience it was worth it. He couldn't drop me off in front of my hotel because it was a one way street, so he parked on the corner and helped me take my bags through the cobblestone streets to the front door. He spoke English well enough to carry on a conversation and was very professional. I would recommend them. Walking Tour: The name says it all, it's a ton of walking. The tour was a bit slow to start, they waited about 10 minutes to gather everyone, which was nice, but that left us waiting outside in the hot sun without shelter. Our guy was knowledgeable about the past and present and gave good insight into the country, its culture and its people. We didn't explore the inside of many places at all, it was mostly going around and seeing the outsides, but it covered the majority of Prague between both halves of the tours. I think it was 3 hours before and another 3 hours after the lunch break. Don't forget comfy shoes and your camera. In the summer sunscreen and a hat couldn't hurt either. It was pretty much an all day event. You had time to maybe squeeze in 1 thing in the morning before the tour and there's enough time to do something after the tour as well. read more

We read about cabs in Prague being a bit of a scam to tourists, so we decided to book an airport transfer through this company. Not only was the ride seamless and a great deal, but the free tour that the company offers was amazing. Our driver was right at the airport with a sign as soon as we walked out of baggage claim. I had to change the pick-up time online the day before we arrived and it was very easy and hassle-free. There were absolutely no issues with the ride. Our driver was friendly and got us to our hotel quickly. The ride could be paid for in Euro or in Czech currency, but could also be paid for online. The price is very reasonable and I'm sure much cheaper than getting driven around by a scamming taxi driver! The free tour offered was for any day at 11am and met in the Old Town Square. Our tour guide Ross was SO knowledgeable. I couldn't believe how much he knew. We were blown away by how great of a tour guide he was. We learned so much, not only about Prague, but about the culture in the Czech Republic, celebrities that had been to Prague, sports, etc. The tour was 4 hours long, but offered the option of doing the second half another day. We were learning so much that we definitely wanted to keep going and we didn't regret it! Ross also gave us some recommendations of where to go for food and beer that would be less touristy. Reliable service. Reserved online 11pm, got confirmation within 5 minutes and they were there right on time at our Prague hotel at 7AM. Cost was reasonable. Only snafu was the driver didn't have paper for the credit card machine. We'd already used up our Czech money. He offered to pay with Euro or US$, but the exchange rate for dollars he offered would have cost a few extra dollars. I wound up paying on my phone using the web site link from the confirmation email and it worked out. But that was an unnecessary aggravation at drop-off as they said in confirmation that cash or credit with driver was fine. All in all, I would use them again. This was a very good and reasonably-priced airport transfer - well worth the money compared to a taxi or Uber. As promised, our driver was waiting just after customs/immigration at the airport entrance with our names on a placard. The very nice sedan was parked just across the street in a private lot, and our ride to our Old Town hotel was very comfortable. Our driver handled the loading and unloading of our luggage - and I had paid for everything, including tip, in advance. It was a near perfect, effortless experience for tired, jet-lagged travelers. I used Prague Airport Transfers both for going from Prague Airport and back for departure. I highly, highly recommend their services as the drivers are extremely friendly and helpful at certain times too. If you do not know, Prague taxi is not the friendliest in the world. I have heard of horror stores of them charging you random fares for same routes and even dropping you off at incorrect destinations just to have you pay extra to get to the right place. To avoid such hassles especially for my new arrivals, I opted to use Prague Airport Transfers. Although the prepay made me nervous, I was super happy with their services in the end. Not only were they on time always both for arrival and departure pickups, but the drivers were also always trying to help provide more useful advice if we need for our visits. I was a female arriving alone on a 10.30 pm flight from USA - so I was apprehensive. After reading about them on several forums I booked online and opted to pay in person- instead of online at the time of booking. One day before departure I called their USA based number and they confirmed that someone will be there. On arrival a man was waiting outside with an orange card board with my name on it (as shown on their website). He spoke english well and the car was nice and clean. The total cost was 550 krono( approx. 28$) and he told me I could pay whatever way I liked cash (in EURO, pound Krono or dollar) or with card. He gave me a walking tour voucher and a detailed book about prague. I gave him a 150 krono tip which I realised is not a norm in praha. I was meeting two other friends and one paid 750 Krono (she picked a taxi from outside the airport) and the other booked through the hotel and she paid 750 krono plus the hotel service charge of 118 krono. So on the way back we booked through them again and they gave us a free upgrade to mini van and charged us a total of 550 krono (yes for the three of us!!!). I would totally recommend everyone to use this service from the airport to the city for people arriving the first time. The website is very user friendly and the customer service very helpful. The city has a very good easy to navigate public transportation system which can be used every day. read more

Arranged an airport transfer for arrival in Prague. Extremely fair price of around $30 total two people for transfer from the airport to hotel. Our driver, Peter, met us upon arrival with a clearly marked sign, helped with our luggage, spoke good English, provided a very useful map of Prague and also a very good guidebook. The transfer even included a free four hour walking tour of the city the next day (which can be divided in two parts). Our tour guide Marketa was very friendly and full of useful information. I was nervous about using this service, but after reading reviews on Yelp I decided having a driver would be much easier than trying to find a taxi when we arrived at the airport in Prague. There was really no need to be nervous - everything went exactly as planned. I filled out the form on the website arranging transfer from the airport to our hotel. Got the confirmation email. When my flight got delayed 5 hours, I figured we may have trouble with the transfer once we got to Prague. I shot off a quick email alerting them of the delay and got a respond less than an hour later saying they would keep an eye on my flight's arrival time. When we got our bags and went through customs, there was a guy standing there with my name as promised. The ride went smoothly, I paid with a card to the driver, and he gave us a map and voucher for a free walking tour (which we did the next day and highly recommend as it really gave a good understand of the city and an overview of its history). Booked and paid in advance, taxi was 23 minutes late, without any warning or notice or possibility to refund. Not acceptable after a day of flying and with tight business meeting hours, also not acceptable especially when paid in advance. This company should be more careful and the airport authorities should consider enforcing some service level agreements for the taxi companies they partner with. read more

Professional well dressed driver who showed up ontime (and it was 3:30am) in a very nice and clean luxury sedan. Their price was very reasonable and I paid for it all online with a credit card in advance so the driver didn't expect any cash. I like that it was a fixed price paid for in advance. I did tip the driver though since when we arrived at the airport he ran and got me a luggage cart without me asking but he didn't expect any cash. He also spoke English. My daughter lives in Prague for college and will be there for 3 years and I'll be using this service each time she goes to/from the airport and also when I'm in town and go to/from the airport. Before we left the US we arranged for Prague Airport Transfers to pick us up at the airport and take us to our hotel. The driver was waiting for us at the airport and was very professional and pleasant. We had the same experience returning to the airport after our stay in Prague. There were some hiccups, but the drivers were friendly and accommodating and the office was very responsive and we easily resolved our issues. I booked this company and had e mail confirmation from them arriving from London near 11 pm 23 May 2019. In my e mail confirmation it was clearly stated that a driver will be waiting with an orange sign with my name on it in the arrivals hall. Upon entering the arrival hall no driver was waiting. I searched and waited few minutes and then telephoned the company. I had to wait at least 5 minutes before phone was answered. I gave my booking reference and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I was then told that the driver will be another 20 minutes. I was already over 15 minutes waiting and did not fancy waiting another 20. Is this why I book a service in advance ?the company had my telephone number and e mail so why did they not bother to telephone or e mail me to say there was a delay? It's clear to me they have no clue what they are doing . A clearly incompetent company and I believe all the good reviews are simply fake. Do yourself a favour and don't allow them to start your vacation on the so called "left foot " like they did to me. They don't stand by their word.
