Flowers left in our room on our wedding anniversary

I cannot recommend Hotel Agnes enough. The location was perfect - an easy, scenic walk to all major city sites, the hotel itself beautiful and the service beyond compare. The employees were wonderful and, no, this is not written under the influence of the free alcohol served at all hours to be enjoyed in the picturesque lounge area with glass ceilings. They showed great attention to detail and were a pleasure to work with. For instance, we mentioned our upcoming wedding anniversary in passing to Lukas. On the day of our anniversary we were then surprised by delicious chocolate cake, a personalized gingerbread cookie and lovely flowers placed in our room. The effort and care taken to have a personalized cookie made is but a small example of the service we experienced while at Hotel Agnes. If you're looking to have a great time in Prague, start your trip well and stay here!!!

Top tier hotel in Prague, and I HIGHLY recommend. Hotel owner Frank and receptionist Elena (hope I'm spelling that correctly) we magnificent hosts and gave us the absolute best treatment I've ever received at any hotel! Hotel driver was also very kind and personable. The food at the breakfast buffet was magnificent and the hospitality is simply unmatched. The lobby was stunning, and there's a cute little gingerbread shop right next door. Our room was clean, quaint, and the street view it provided was so cute! Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and I cannot stress how amazing the customer service was. If you are in Prague you MUST stay at this hotel!

I wish I could rate Residence Agnes higher than 5 stars. There is so much to love about this place. First off, they are located right in the heart of historic prague, making it easy to walk to nearly everywhere you would want to go. Second, the hotel is a converted 13th century building that has so much charm and still has some of the original cobblestones, you feel like you are really able to see the history everywhere you look!! Third, the staff. I could not be more appreciative of the staff here. They are so friendly, so helpful, and are there 24/7 to help. Want a beer or glass of wine? They will have a complimentary glass in your hands in less than 30 seconds, throughout the day. Want a recommendation for where to go? They will spend 20 minutes talking with you about attractions or restaurants and the best ways to travel there or even seeing if someone from hotel can drop you. We feel so taken care of here and I could not imagine a trip to Prague without staying here. If you're looking for a local element and help in your trip, this is where you should be!

We have travelled around the world, but this was my first trip to Prague. We booked the Agnes Hotel based on the online photos and reviews. We agreed that the customer service here is world class- as soon as we arrived we were warmly greeted, offered drinks or coffee, and provided with personalized recommendations on what to do in our short stay in town. We were provided with recommendations for dinner, advice for touring, and a driver to take us to the castle. Every bit of advice was followed and we were not sorry. The restaurant that was recommended for dinner (The Blue Duckling) was excellent, the wait staff informed of our arrival and language needs. The driver was friendly, multi-lingual, and very informative. The location was a short walk to the town center. In short, we highly recommend the Agnes Hotel. The price is right, the rooms were well appointed and clean, and the staff was amazing. If I could give more stars, we would!

If we could give more stars, we would. I booked this hotel due to reviews, and now I'm adding mine. The management, staff - everyone is totally committed to seeing to the comfort of hotel guests. We were picked up at the airport, provided food and drink when we arrived and treated like we were family. Our room was large and comfortable and the bathroom was modern and had adequate space for belongings. We slept well despite the time difference. Breakfast was delicious - so many choices! Can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Hotel staff went above and beyond, breakfast was amazing, hotel was very quiet at night. Would definitely be back and recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located near Prague's city center, making it easy to walk to many of the city's major attractions, including the Jewish Quarter, Old Town Square, the Astronomical Clock, and numerous shops and restaurants. One of the highlights of the hotel is the Executive Lounge, which is open daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Throughout the day, guests have access to water, soft drinks, coffee, and snacks, with additional food offerings during designated hours. The evening happy hour was excellent, featuring beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages in a comfortable and relaxing setting. The fitness facilities were more than adequate for vacation needs. The gym includes cardio equipment, rowing machines, treadmills, a Pilates area, and free weights. The heated indoor pool and sauna were fantastic and provided a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was truly exceptional and one of the best Hilton breakfast experiences I have had. The buffet included approximately five different stations, including a made-to-order omelet station, hot breakfast selections, cold cuts and cheeses, fresh breads and pastries, fruits, and a pancake station. My son and I looked forward to breakfast every morning and thoroughly enjoyed it. Most importantly, the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help. I have absolutely no complaints about the service we received. I would especially like to recognize Hannah at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Hannah helped coordinate a birthday cake for my son's birthday during our stay. Even more impressively, although we were departing Prague before my wife's birthday celebration could take place, Hannah somehow coordinated with the Hilton in Vienna so that when we arrived there, a surprise birthday cake was waiting for my wife. She absolutely loved the gesture, and it made our trip even more special. Thank you, Hannah, for your kindness, attention to detail, and exceptional service. You truly made our stay memorable and gave us every reason to return. I highly recommend the Hilton Prague and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Our room was spacious; the beds and pillows very comfortable, and the bathroom was well stocked. Charging our devices was no problem but we were ready though we brought an adapter. Free breakfast had plenty of options and everything tasted fresh. We enjoyed it for sure. It is a good place to stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Prague.

The staff at breakfast were fantastic and took great care of us. We enjoyed the buffet most days but the menu items looked delicious. We enjoyed our free beer sample and a cocktail at the bar in the Refectory. Our only complaint would be that the room was warm for our taste and we couldn't quite figure out how to get the A/C on (or if it was an option). The bathroom was especially warm, we called it "the spa" We slept with the windows open and all was well. If you're looking for a luxury stay, you can't do much better.

Check-in was smooth, and I was assigned to Room 308. The 7am breakfast buffet here is complimentary, Pros: 1. Felt immersed in its beauty and luxury the moment I stepped in. 2. Complimentary 7am breakfast buffet. My favorites among the breakfast selections were perfectly jammy fried eggs, beef broth, smoked herring fillets, chia seed pudding, soft pretzel, blueberry yogurt, and this tiny cake with ridged edges that I forget the name of but I liked it. 3. Walking distance to pretty much just about everything I wanted to do in Prague, right in front of the Powder Tower, and just a few minutes away from the Astrological Clock Tower! 4. COST: Very reasonable for the quality of the room & service. I'm not entirely sure if the layout is the same for all rooms, but ours included a king size bed, a safe, a spacious bathtub, a fantastic rain shower head, bathrobes, and comfortable slippers. Everything had a modern feel, since the hotel was built fairly recently (2016). (Note that the bathroom is all tinted glass, so you can see through all of it, including the toilet door. Fine for couples, but perhaps not for friends, haha.) LOCATION: Easy walking distance to Old Town Square & pretty much any mini-market store or restaurant you may need, while still remaining quiet at night. If you're going further out, the hotel is on a one-way street with just enough room for a cab or Uber to pull over and pick you up. (We never had an issue with finding an Uber driver -- usually maximum 5 minute wait.) CLEANING SERVICE: Wonderful -- I'm not sure if it's because we left a tip every time (around $4 USD) or if it's their standard level of service, but the cleaner definitely went above & beyond, including organizing our toiletries. CONCIERGE SERVICE: Probably the best concierge service I've ever experienced in my life -- huge kudos to Peter (not sure of the spelling?) and the other blonde guy with a mustache (sorry, didn't catch his name!). Despite our endless tourist questions, they never showed anything less than complete professionalism & friendly advice. Directions? Done. Recommendations for local restaurants that aren't tourist traps? Done. Helping us book train tickets because we weren't sure which websites were legit? Done. Truly 5-star service! The room was very nice, but I would recommend Boho to anyone just for the service -- it makes such a difference, especially to first-time travelers to Prague. CHECK-OUT TIME: As long as you call early in the morning and your late-check-out request doesn't interfere with the next guest coming in, they are flexible on this front. QUICK NOTE REGARDING SPA: We booked through Orbitz, and at the bottom of our reservation, it claims we get a free VIP spa treatment. But the concierge said unfortunately this is an error (apparently they've been trying to correct Orbitz and Expedia for 2 years). Spa areas like the sauna is free, but massage costs extra. So just an FYI there. To management: keep up the great work, recognize your amazing employees, and give them a raise! We would absolutely stay here again.
