I ask questions about what they are doing or how I should maintain the braces, I get a vague and confusing answers back. Doctor cooper is a perfectionist, he doesn't see his patients as human but more as a set of teeth that he can manipulate to his disturbing excessive standards. He doesn't take into consideration anything I say, he doesn't respect my wishes as a patients. I have told Doctor cooper several times that I do not care to have a perfect set of teeth, as I see teeth as something that makes us uniquely individuals and that I am just here to get medical adjustments. This is something that he cannot fathom and is deeply concerned with the fact that I don't want teeth that every other American have. Don't worry though, he clearly has set aside my request and is moving foreword to meet his absurd standards, no matter how ridiculous they are. I kind of think he is a sadist and loves seeing children and young adults in pain and suffering. On top of this there have been several occasions where the assistant has incorrectly adjusted my wire and rubber band, meaning for 5 weeks my teeth were shifting wrong which only lengthened my stay. Originally he told me I would have braces on for 2 years, it's been 4 and still counting. I am strongly dissatisfied and would never recommend Dr. cooper to anyone.

This means 3 months of sitting in the same tray and not making any progress. This had happened twice so I have delayed my treatment by 6 months. I also signed the contract to do INVISALIGN and without notifying me they closed my Invisalign account, which I was contract for. They started making "in-house trays. They make themselves and the last 3 trays are almost always too big. I have had almost a year with no improvements. I'm extremely disappointed because my teeth don't look how I want them, and my wedding has passed , which was why I wanted my teeth straightened in the first place. The scheduling secretary is always extremely rude. Also, neither doctor ever knows what is going on with my treatment. They are just in this for the money. I'm so disappointed. Just don't go here.

I left 5 messages and never heard back-understandably so-I understood that he was in the process of moving buildings so didn't have time. I figured billing staff would call when they were moved. They never did cal back and instead sent a letter threatening to turn me into collections. This was my 3rd child in braces. I had always paid in full. The only reason was bill was a little late was because of problems on their end. I have never had a bill to collections. Instead of returning my calls, they send threatening letters. I always schedule appointments at 7:10 or 7:20 am. the last 3 times I had those early appointments, I wasn't actually seen until well past 8 with no explanation or apologies. there are plenty of dentists in town that do orthodontics. Stay clear of Danel if possible!

Yesterday, I brought one of our children in, 10 years old, for an impression for a retainer and…read moreplacement of bilateral bottom spacers. An hour after the spacers were placed, the band had already broken on the left side due to no fault of our daughter. I called the office to let them know, the person who placed the spacers stated she wanted us to come back 3 days before our next appointment for replacement of that spacer. We were still in town and had driven over an hour one way from our home for each appointment. I thought we would be able to go back in the same day it happened as the process took less than 20 minutes but knew how busy they were. Last night the last remaining spacer dislodged. There aren't any spacers now, there will only be spacers for 3 days before the retainer is placed. Our next appointment is in August. I have my first appointment there then. We're considering options currently. Both times we've been there, the waiting room was packed, the vibe was hurried.
