Seated right away, 5 topper. Our waitress, Jasmine, was very attentive, came back multiple times and did everything she could to accommodate. If you order drinks, bring your own flask. My two margaritas left me without a buzz but that's par for the course anymore. And for $9 each I expected better. I did have the bison bolognese which tasted amazing. The salad was impressive with spinach, onion, cukes and tomatoes. Cheese, egg and croutons would have been nice but it was fresh, colorful and tasty! Everyone enjoyed their meals which included meat loaf , chicken fried steak and buffalo chicken soup! There were some complaints about the coleslaw but it was being compared to KFC. I didn't try it. I'm anxious to go back for the sweet chile pork Mac and cheese as well as the sky bread taco. Prices are comparable to other full service restaurants and no Omaha Restaurant tax!!!!!

Best casino in the area! Most play for your dollar. Machines are looser than over the river for sure.

Clean and lots of slot machines. Very close to airport and downtown. Easy parking. And a 24 hour Perkins very close by.

I stopped by Harrahs Casino before a concert to use a couple of complimentary drink vouchers, and…read morethe experience was just okay. The vouchers could only be redeemed at the bar inside the casino, and there was only one bar available with very limited seating. I was also surprised that there wasn't a cocktail menu or any signage showing what drinks were available, so ordering felt like a guessing game. The drinks themselves weren't impressive. They were served in small plastic cups, tasted pretty weak, and didn't feel like much of a value even though they were free. I think adding a drink menu, expanding the seating, and improving the quality of the cocktails would make a big difference especially for concertgoers stopping in before a show.

Nice larger mini fridge, but only one packet of coffee for two guests for two nights is not great. The bathroom was a nice size for a regular room. Staff was friendly, parking is easy; lot or garage. Only two restaurants to choose from, so we went in to Omaha for dinner. There's a shuttle between this casino and the Horseshoe that runs frequently until 1 AMish, which is great. We'd stay here again, and it looked like the outdoor concert venue would be pretty neat.

I had a miserable night sleep…read more basic hotel The hot water alone should get this hotel four stars Basic rooms with at least one socket by your bed to plug in your devices The beds were decent But I have to complain about the pillows If you go to consumer reports and read about beds and pillows They will say that they won't recommend beds or pillows because everyone is different. Everybody's neck is different, hotels should know this by now Every person's body wants something slightly different based on hips, chest weight, etc. The pillows are large, puffy, noncompressible pillows There's absolutely possibly no way to get comfortable in the bed I was up all night long not sleeping trying to get comfortable I was in constant neck pain, either bent down or bent up. First off, I spend 12 nights on the road a month in hotels First time in a year, I was this uncomfortable Most hotels, have an assortment, a soft pillow and a hard one on your bed Or so soft, you can double up to something thicker Even the basic Holiday Inn chain has a few heart and a few soft pillows on your bed so I could choose which ones to put where for a comfortable sleep It's a basic easy thing to fix I had a a miserable nights sleep

This Hyatt Place is overall a good hotel if you are looking to explore Omaha. It's centrally…read morelocated, has really friendly staff, and is clean. On top of that it offers a pool, a gym, complimentary breakfast, and has an attached parking garage. So why not a full five stars? There's a few things here that really almost made me go down to three but I'm keeping it at an overall four for the friendly staff and the modern, clean rooms. The first thing that visitors should know is that the bathrooms all feature this modern frosted glass, sliding door that straight up will not lock. It wasn't a huge deal for us since we were travelling as a family of two adults and two small kids, but it was a pain when a toddler wanted in and you wanted some privacy as the door just would not and could not lock. The frosted glass wasn't a big deal for us but can you imagine if you booked this room with a friend, or a co-worker? I can't imagine having to share a restroom with so little privacy. I honestly cannot believe Hyatt approved that design. The only other quips I had was that the pool was ice cold on our first night - I usually don't care about hotel pools but we have a six year old and the pool is VERY important to kids. Also the parking garage is crazy expensive IMO for downtown Omaha. $20 per day and I have a feeling you could have just not paid, but I wasn't about to chance it, just in case. Also we were gone all day and our room was never cleaned by 4pm when we got back. The maids had just reached our floor, which was kind of a bummer, but again not a dealbreaker. Now for the things that are mid- the breakfast is a hotel breakfast. Not really my jam, but it's good for kids. The things that are wonderful again are how clean and well kept the hotel is in general, the staff, and how close you are to so many Omaha attractions. Overall I'd stay again, but I'd also not bat an eye at trying another similar kind of hotel in the area.

Not bad for a 3 star hotel, but definitely could be better!…read more I'll start with the pros; free breakfast and parking included. The room had everything we needed, spacious bathroom, room, coffee maker. Cons; downside was the downtown area and activity at night time. I heard sirens go off every 10 minutes on a Friday night until 3 AM. The walls of the room also seemed thin because we heard everything. We enjoyed our stay for the most part, but I didn't sleep well at all. The rooms could use some updates with more insulation in the walls.
