Since then I have spoken to Casey no less than 3 times and each and every time, I asked if he needed a deposit and he said "no." We even discussed a preferred color. Yesterday, 6 March, I went in for my oil change in my Tundra and asked him when he thought our TRD PRO would be allocated / received by the dealership and if we could give him a deposit. He proceeds to tell me there are already several people in front of us on the waiting list. Really Casey? He came up with some BS story that he thought i wanted to test ride one first, which was a complete LIE. When I called him out on it, he said "I'm not going to be talked to like this." Talked to how? Factually and honestly? Casey is the owner's hunting buddy so I'm sure nothing will come of this review. Here are a few adjectives I would use to describe the sales department under Casey's "leadership" or lack thereof: Dishonest, offensive, deceptive, good-ol-boy, disappointing, disingenuous, untrustworthy, irresponsible, arrogant and conniving. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership.
