Prior reviews and low overall rating gave me pause until I noticed the most recent review was from 2 years ago. The friend who provided this referral is meticulous and demanding, as am I, when it comes to their service providers. So, I called. Making this call was among the BEST decisions I've ever made! Come to find out this business is under new ownership. I cannot speak highly enough about the expedient, professional, knowledgeable, service I received starting the SAME DAY I called. Every expectation I had was exceeded. Jake was at my house within a few short hours of our initial conversation. He conducted a thorough inspection, identified the three entry points, and actually captured 2 of the squirrels during his inspection! The very next day, Jake sealed 2 of the 3 entry points, placed a one-way door on the last entry point to allow any squirrels remaining in the attic to exit before sealing. Well, those little imps pulled back roof tiles around the one-way door to get in! Once again, Jake was at my house shortly after I let him know what those squirrels had done. Jake captured what turned out to be the last ones, sealed the third entry point and I've had zero squirrels since. Plus, a lifetime warranty comes with this service! I declined their outrageously priced, poorly justified services. The next wildlife removal professional who came out said I did not have any rats, as there was zero evidence of rats (no droppings, no nests, no "smell", etc), and she sealed up my attic, trapped and removed the possum, and sealed up gaps on the outside of the house for less than $300. On the day of the scheduled service I texted them at the number they had been texting me from around 1:30pm to verify acceptable form of payment & they responded immediately. Then 2pm came & they were a "no show". I called at 2pm and again at 2:20pm and I was told they tried to reach the person that was supposed to come out but he "'could've lost his phone" & "it must've fell under the seat" & "I guess somethings wrong with his phone" & "oh I don't know where he is"...this person even hung up on me while I asked questions. I called back and they wouldn't answer the phone. Around 3pm I hadn't heard from them & had to hire another company.
