I called Mike several months ago to arrange cleaning out my attic. It was full of miscellaneous stuff and I didn't have the time to sort thru all of it. Mike and his techs bagged and removed all of the trash, then took some of the items to a local auction house (I received a check about 2 weeks later). I was just going to donate that stuff and he found a way for me to make money from it. They then loaded all of the donations and took them away. Palmetto Commercial is great! We have a rental property that the tenants moved out of and left trash and feces everywhere. I don't know how someone can get so much stuff in a short period and leave it all behind.
