I've been a patient of hers for about two years and she always makes me feel at ease when I'm in her office and takes time to talk with me, answer any questions that I may have, and encourages me to focus on overall health and well-being. Her staff is great as well, they are all very professional and I LOVE the fact that she has weekend appointments and evening appointments as late as 7 PM. That is very convenient for a working professional who may not always be able to come in during normal business hours, due to work obligations.

I'm deducting stars for some shadier billing practices. Examples: reception - I repeat RECEPTION - will have you pee in a cup before seeing your doctor, and without explanation. Apparently it is procedure to test ALL women for pregnancies, which sets the tone of how must they trust your knowledge about your own body, and how they will listen to you. To top it off, you will get billed for it. And in that vein of billing, they will bill you for time waiting to see your doctor, not just time with your doctor. I was moved from the first waiting room, to a second waiting room, where I was left sitting for over 30 minutes. That time was included in my final bill as time with my physician, which is no small fee. So prepare your wallet accordingly!

Why ask people to arrive 15 minutes early?? They have my insurance info; I had been there a few months earlier- but they didn't run it correctly so I had to wait 30 extra minutes for them to run insurance. Again- really like the doctors- but you need patience to deal with the office staff.

Dr. Ashley never called me with my results or uploaded the results. Instead she insisted for me to come into the office to discuss this matter which I had to pay and additional $193 dollars. During the process called the office numerous times for my results that she refused to discuss over the phone and never called me back. I am still waiting on a call from Dr. Ashley or even a member of her team. After my pain progressing because of her negligence of care I ended up developing an infection which I went into urgent care to be treated. This all could have been avoided if Dr. Ashley was responsive to my care. I have never experienced a process like this and I DO NOT recommend visiting this clinic or this doctor.

One woman taking my blood made it extremely uncomfortable, i think she put the needle in incorrectly? And a woman taking my blood pressure didn't let my arm sit in the right position so it read wayyy higher than it was supposed to. My new ob/gyn has definitely made me realize how mediocre the care was for me here and it's a shame it took them pulling the rug from under me to find that out the hard way so close to the end of my pregnancy.
