Not professional, he doesn't know what he…read moreis doing and he hates it, he's very dishonest and too expensive for the (dis)service he does. I had just arrived in Belgium and I didn't speak good French when I went there, and he took advantage of my ignorance by charging an astronomic price for nothing: he didn't examine my dog, he gave me a receipt for a medication she didn't need to take and charged me a very expensive price for a European passport, that I could have asked somewhere else for more than half the price. I was so disappointed, I really can't understand why he has positive reviews in this website. They must be all written by friends of him. I have met recently a man who worked for many years as a vet, and he told me that is widely known in their sector that this guy is an absolute impostor. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews on here, like I have been. This guy is a joke.
