I discovered this pet shop by chance when an exotic bird flew into our apartment in Ixelles. We had…read morenever kept birds before as a family. The gentleman in this shop was so kind and knowledgable and gave me so much good advice on how to care for this lost bird. He also managed to treat the bird's mangled foot himself using natural methods (for free) where the specialist avian vet had done nothing other than repeatedly prescribe antibiotics (at huge cost) which did not help. This little bird has now been with us for 10 months and goes to this pet shop when we go away on longer holidays. If you like birds and need advice, this is a very special place to visit.

They didn't follow our directions about the cut we wanted for our dog, the cut performance was clumsy (judging the asimetries and different lenghts of hair). They also didn't a good job cutting nails and cleanind the ears, which was included in the package. Oh! and all this mess costed us 55 euros.
