Wasn't honest with me or the buyer resulting in the loss of 3 months rent. He was unresponsive to texts and calls once the contract was signed. Without notifying me, they buyer had a walkthrough in an apartment that hadn't been occupied or cleaned in months. We were lucky the sale still went through. While Daniel was more responsive than Vincent he was still not sympathetic to any of my complaints. My closing took 6 (!!) months from contract to close. Be wary.
