They had a rental car ready for us and they took the car for the body work. It took a little longer than I would have expected (~ 2 weeks). Don't matter as we had the rental. Well, the car was fixed perfectly. You would never know there was an accident. The insurance paid and we had no issues. I would certainly return to Concord Collision. I then met Ramsey, a very caring and extremely helpful person. Ramsey is the head of the operation. If you have met him you will know what I am referring to. Ramsey has your interest at heart, and only want to get the job done correctly and you make sure you are satisfied which is exactly my experience. My experience continued when I met Christina, a lovely and helpful individual, Christina made me feel like a family, she went out of her way to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. She came out with me to the vehicle holding my hands to the car for it was a snowy day full of ice and snow and I was very nervous going to my vehicle. The job was superb. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and the way in which they cleaned my car after the job was finished. Avi the owner was extremely friendly and his customer service is off the charts. He provided me with a very reasonable sounding quote for the work involved, and promised to do whatever he could do in order to minimize the cost of the repairs (ie. source out used parts in order to save me $$$). The work was completed on time and my car looked as good as new when I picked it up. It was also thoroughly cleaned inside and out. I recently had a minor damage done to the lower section of the driver-side of my Accord bumper…read morecourtesy of a curbside wall "invisible" to my vision as I approached the parking pad. Great!. I left a significant dent to it as well as a pretty-good scrape to the paint. The dent measured about 5 inches in diameter. I also had a very small indentation on the car hood that was made from an unknown source. Just a dent (2 inches) and no paint issues. I received three quotes from three traditional auto body shops in the Toronto area including one recommended by my car mechanic of 30 years. They were all able to give estimates that were very similar ($1500-$1800) that would take about 15-18 hours to repair the damages. As a consumer, I could not understand why the estimates were so high and so much time was required. Yes, the bumper needed to be removed to be repainted. But having to replace all of the bolts, screws, etc.? So, I took a look at the industry where there was innovation. I found two companies, DentDoctor and AutoDent. DentDoctor (Leaside) said they could fix the bumper dent ($150) but couldn't do the work on the hood or repaint the bumper. They recommended that the work done at an autobody shop. AutoDent said no problem, $600 and done in two days. Marty (owner) and Alex were true to their word. Incredible craftsmanship. My wife was shocked at how beautiful the work was and how new the car looked. A minor car dent repair with inflated prices from the traditional auto body companies explains a great deal why insurance companies are stuck with increasing insurance premiums. AutoDent is great and worth every Loonie or Twoonie!
