After giving me their initial estimate for repairs, I left my car with them with the understanding that there might be some differences between the initial estimate and the final cost. Well after three weeks went by, I decided to call them the day before picking up my car to make sure the car was ready and to see what the final damage was. I was surprised to find that the total cost of the repairs was now over $1700 CAD over the initial estimate of ~$6400 CAD. After calling in and talking to Frank about the additional charges, he spent some time explaining to me the reason for the charges and was kind enough to help me out by bringing down the additional cost down to over $1500 CAD by reducing their service fee. At the end of the day, once I was able to process everything that Frank and I had discussed. I was fine with the additional cost because I probably would have requested the same repairs and parts to have been done but I was left feeling unsettled due to what seemed like a huge overnight increase in total cost. On the day of the pick up, the car was immaculate and they really did an amazing job fixing my car to a like new condition. The mechanics were checked out and the car was detailed and ready to go. Unfortunately, their amazing work was marred by the fact that they didn't contact me once throughout the repair process to give me an update on revisions to the initial estimate or additional charges throughout the process. Even though I was already prepared for a possible price increase of $500-$700, I definitely should have received notices or updates on some of the larger additional charges either via phone or email during the repair process. After voicing my concerns on the day of the pickup, I was told that someone definitely follow up and call me back to address my concerns. As of yet though, I haven't heard anything, which is really unfortunate considering the amazing work that they do.

I called and described my situation and of course they could not give me a quote over the phone as they had not seen it so I brought it in later in the afternoon. As soon i they asked how they could help me the gentlemen who fielded my phone call remembered immediately who I was. I explained the chip and was concerned it was big enough it would have to be filled before painted. He came out to take a look and told me I could either have it touched up with paint or have the complete piece repainted. I suggested a touchup with an estimate that way if I was not happy with the touchup I knew how much it was going to cost to fully repair. He quickly worked up a quote that came out $700 less than what my boyfriend and I originally thought it would be...plus the quote is valid for 6 months! Unheard of. Now here it comes....the touchup. The assistant manager (AJ) at the front counter came in and asked me if the Jeep was mine. When I responded yes he told me he personally would just have it touched up as it was so small and in such a spot no one would ever be able to notice the touchup. The gentleman walked out with a bottle of touchup paint and applied it under a minute...I could barely noticed it seconds later! He then handed over the bottle of touchup paint to me! What...handed it over to me and told me to keep it. Excellent service with honesty and fairness for the customer. How can one go wrong with giving their business to this establishment?
