She took my message and within 20 minutes, Bobby called. We discussed my repair issues and he relayed information to Wayne. Wayne called me within an hour AND came to look over the project that very same day. He set up the job with his crew and they started the job within a week. The job was completed in 2 days. The 2 craftsmen who worked this job knew their craft, worked steady, and cleaned up after the job. Any future home project that arises at my address, I will be calling B&H as the first choice. B&H people actually call you back, come when they say they will come, and do what they say they will do - these 3 simple features are extremely rare in this particular industry.
