First rate service from beginning to end. I had 3 extremely tall trees in my yard in Orange that needed removal. Requested an estimate from Paulo's via the website and received an immediate reply. Paulo arrived the following day and assessed the 3 trees needing removal as well as giving me helpful information about many other trees on my property. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The crew did a great job, were very professional, considerate of any concerns we had, and they are very good at what they do! I could tell they consider safety to be very important, and they took great care to not damage certain plants that were in the danger zone under the trees, which was impressive. Paulo and his team just took down a very huge tree in the front of our house. They did a FANTASTIC job. Very professional, showed up when they were supposed to, worked in a very businesslike manner, were very courteous, and cleaned up everything when they were done. Mount Carmel tree dropped the ball when it came to removing a massive oak tree for my neighbor and I. They came in, set up all their equipment one day, next day they pulled everything out and left without even calling to let us know he wasn't doing the job anymore. Paulo came in and took the whole tree down in a day and finished up the trunk the second day. Couldn't ask for a better company to of done the work. We called Paulo's Landscaping to cut down 2 trees that were dead, he pointed out 2 others that didnt look good and he feared next big storm they may fall on our home or horse barn.
