I was told they would call the day to come look at the job. No call. I called again, was told "tomorrow". Again, no call, and the same the next day. I called again, they scheduled an appointment for the following afternoon. No call and NO SHOW. They called the next morning, said they would be there in the afternoon. Called back at 5pm to say they couldn't make it, and would call back in 48 hours. FOUR DAYS LATER I called again, and was told that they would check with someone & call me right back-FIVE HOURS LATER I HAVE NOT BEEN CALLED. His help was very professional and arrived when scheduled. However we did have issues with getting the owner to return calls and answer messages left at the store/office, to get our project on their schedule. Our total project was held up because of communication, or lack of, on his part. Also, upon contracting be sure to get a written quote, we didn't and it cost us more than budgeted.
