The appointment was made for today between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm. When he wasn't here by 1:00 we called to inquire and was told that he just left his last call and was on his way and would be here within 30 minutes. Forty-five minutes later, he still wasn't here, so my husband called and was then told that the technician was running late, and the dispatcher was "just getting ready to call us". He finally showed about 2:30, only to tell me that they did not work on doors larger than 10'. After all this he is kind enough to tell me that we wouldn't be charged for the service call. Well, that is nice since it was their fault! They wasted an entire day.
