The first company I booked through an online portal never responded to them or my multiple calls to their office to confirm the appointment. It sucked not knowing if they were actually coming to mow the lawn & I lost a lot of time waiting on them. Essentially I had to go back to the drawing board to research other landscapers in the area. Not only was Mike the first & only person to get back to me the same day I sent out another round of various requests for quotes, but I was all paid up & his team even finished with enough time to send me 10 pictures of my lawn BEFORE any other companies even called back. This might be a one off experience since he knew he was going to be around the area, but it left a good impression on me. The price was right, customer service was on point & they did a great job. I don't know what else you could look for in a quality company.

My dogs appreciate that only safe ice melt is used. If there is someone that is cheaper, I would question if they are insured or if they will put any care into the property at all.
