Sometimes going way out of there way. Better than most businesses I know. They need a better way for departments to communicate timely with each other and someone to oversee this process and make corrections at the time it's needed. Another suggestion would be to solicit reviews from customers a week or so after purchase. Service could be included with this also. I am satisfied with my purchase and with the service the fiver received. My only real dissatisfaction came with finance or whoever it was I was settling up with things I had done. This individual acted as though I was trying to get away without paying. I am not accustomed to being treated like a thief, but the rest of the people were so nice and customer service oriented that I kept quiet and let it slide, once. I plan for now on repeat business so I imagine I will bump into him again. A bit disorganized but I will be back as I am very satisfied. Also an atta-boy for the parts department. I called prior to bringing it and the man told me they would be able to handle it but it wouldn't be until tomorrow morning (Thursday) which is completely understandable. So I brought it in Wednesday as he suggested. Thursday afternoon I call to get an update and am told that they couldn't get to it but first thing in the morning they would. Again understandable seeing as they are busy. Friday afternoon rolls around and I haven't heard from them so I call again. He stated that they didn't get to it today so it would be Monday. I asked him what position I was in line to be worked on and his response was "I have 2 very small jobs in front of you so I'll be starting around noon on Monday." So I bring it back Monday.... no call.... Tuesday rolls around and I'm sick of it so I went up there to check on it. They haven't even looked at it yet. So I plead my case with the man and tell him "you told me last Wednesday it would be first thing in the morning and it is now next Tuesday" his response was that he NEVER told me any time frame..... so I laughed and left. I left their parking lot and went to the next RV center 15 mins away. They immediately looked at my ACs and told me what was wrong in 45 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

They didn't find it, but I felt better having them check it out everything looked fine. Great service. I eventually found the noise was from a metal wall in a basement compartment popping. We reserved a pull through because we are towing a vehicle on a trailer the clean out is at the very beginning of the pull in we had to use every extension to get tot he clean out hat we had. The site was really not level at all so then it would drain to the clean out because it was up hill and very far away. It was a process to clean out the hose and get all of the water out we had to lift the pipe 4' off the ground to get it to drain doing this caused the hose to come apart and got all over myself. Needless to say I wasn't very happy. They need to move this to the center of the pull throughs.
