Sometimes going way out of there way. Better than most businesses I know. They need a better way for departments to communicate timely with each other and someone to oversee this process and make corrections at the time it's needed. Another suggestion would be to solicit reviews from customers a week or so after purchase. Service could be included with this also. I am satisfied with my purchase and with the service the fiver received. My only real dissatisfaction came with finance or whoever it was I was settling up with things I had done. This individual acted as though I was trying to get away without paying. I am not accustomed to being treated like a thief, but the rest of the people were so nice and customer service oriented that I kept quiet and let it slide, once. I plan for now on repeat business so I imagine I will bump into him again. A bit disorganized but I will be back as I am very satisfied. Also an atta-boy for the parts department. I looked up flat tire repair near me and saw 66 mobile auto repair, gave them a call and I was told someone can come out and fix it outside our house right away for $135 so I went a head and paid their invoice and sent them my address. Within 30 minutes I had a really nice gentleman get to work on my tire. He repaired it so quickly! It's AMAZING that within an hour of calling them, my flat tire issue was resolved and they didn't try to upsell me on anything ! I called prior to bringing it and the man told me they would be able to handle it but it wouldn't be until tomorrow morning (Thursday) which is completely understandable. So I brought it in Wednesday as he suggested. Thursday afternoon I call to get an update and am told that they couldn't get to it but first thing in the morning they would. Again understandable seeing as they are busy. Friday afternoon rolls around and I haven't heard from them so I call again. He stated that they didn't get to it today so it would be Monday. I asked him what position I was in line to be worked on and his response was "I have 2 very small jobs in front of you so I'll be starting around noon on Monday." So I bring it back Monday.... no call.... Tuesday rolls around and I'm sick of it so I went up there to check on it. They haven't even looked at it yet. So I plead my case with the man and tell him "you told me last Wednesday it would be first thing in the morning and it is now next Tuesday" his response was that he NEVER told me any time frame..... so I laughed and left. I left their parking lot and went to the next RV center 15 mins away. They immediately looked at my ACs and told me what was wrong in 45 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.
