I was warmly greeted when I arrived and was taken back right on time. At HPC, they really take a team approach. My physical therapist was Kevin Taylor who worked on me for almost an hour. He took the time to carefully listen to me and then went through a thorough examination and proceeded with the treatment. The whole time he was working with me he was checking on results. I was also helped by a PT technician, Conner and an athletic trainer Heather, who helped me to become familiar with the exercises and how to do them correctly. I have had this issue for sometime and with the treatment and the exercises, I am 100% better. I really appreciated the cohesive approach and the time they took, but mostly, the outcome was outstanding.

Now almost a year later I hardly have any pain. If there is some pain then I just do the exercises they had taught me and within a day or two the pain is gone. As soon as you walk in it's like your in the Cheers Bar where everyone knows your name. Only this is physical therapy. I had been given numerous recommendations for physical therapy, but after choosing OSSPT and seeing the team in action there was no doubt I was in good hands! I had undergone major surgeries to rebuild both legs (including total knee replacement). Dr. Kaytlyn Hansmeyer absolutely performed magic in skillfully restoring both of my legs to full mobility (walking 5+ miles, climbing 20+ flights of stairs, biking, swimming and more...)! Her professionalism and care were most excellent and much appreciated! Each leg had serious issues following surgery. Kaytlyn patiently listened to my complaints and demonstrated a high degree of expertise as she addressed and resolved each issue. My major near-term goal was to be physically fit to serve as Sports Director at a youth camp in Hawaii next month (June). My life has been so much harder since doing therapy there. Please protect your body, and never go to this clinic. I started PT with only mild, intermittent pain at only 0-4 (on 0-10 scale) that came and went. I only came to PT to hopefully, eventually eliminate the pain completely from my shoulder labrum and scapular bursitis. Sadly, after my last PT session with Brandon Cox, my pain increased significantly to pretty much constantly at 5-6 (and occasionally at 7). I have spent the last 4 months, since then, with daily pain that is worse than I ever had before starting PT at Regional. I was NEVER in this much pain - especially on a daily basis and for so long - before going to Regional PT. Almost 100% of my day and night, now, is about trying to avoid/manage increased shoulder and scapula pain. This intensity and frequency of pain was new for me. This only began after PT exercises at this facility. When I started PT, I had most of my ROM and daily functioning. After my last PT session with Brandon Cox, my ROM and daily functioning has been significantly impacted/reduced. My quality of life is SO much worse since doing PT there. Brandon Cox absolutely disregarded what I told him at the beginning of my last session with him. I told him that I had a significant increase in pain for several days, after my previous session with Paige, and that I almost didn't come back again because it was so upsetting to be in worse pain than before starting PT. I told him that the ONLY reason I had started PT was because my dr said it might help me become pain-free. Brandon Cox seemed blasé about this and just nodded his head, agreeing that more pain is not the goal. Then, he proceeded to do the EXACT same shoulder exercises that Paige had previously done. At one point, he told me to do an exercise, and I paused, telling him, "I think this one may be one of the ones Paige had me do that made the pain worse." He dismissively said, "You did this one just fine before," and he had me do it anyway. PLUS, he added an additional weight-bearing/pulling exercise to my shoulder exercises, AND he was also pulling harder on my shoulder while manipulating it. I have been in daily pain since. I have not had even ONE day without pain in 4 months. I am concerned that my PT exercises may not have been appropriate for my labral injury and may have worsened the tear. (My orthopedic doctor has ordered an MR arthrogram to see what happened.) I am so sad that I trusted Regional Physical Therapy with my body. This was my first time doing PT, and 4 months later, I continue to suffer daily for going to this clinic. I will say, though, that Mark Ward, the co-owner, was genuinely kind, caring, and apologetic after learning of the upsetting outcome of my PT. He generously offered 3 pro bono sessions after that, and he truly tried to reduce my pain (although it was unsuccessful, and I remain in daily pain, 4 months later). Please protect your body, and avoid this clinic. I don't want anyone to suffer the way I have for the last 4 months. My life is so much harder, now, than it EVER was before I stepped through the doors of Regional Physical Therapy. Find a different place that will not hurt you. I would give anything to go back in time and NOT do therapy at this clinic.

If I could give no stars I would I went there for a evaluation was late to my appointment and…read morecalled the woman at the front desk she said it would be fine called me back and said I would actually have to reschedule so because I was on the way anyway went in rescheduled my appointment and I asked her in person if my deposit would be transferred to the next appointment the woman at the front desk said yes it would be fine I said okay thank you (if I had to pay a new deposit that is fine I just wanted to know in advance ) a few weeks later they call me telling me I need to pay a new deposit I tell them no I'm not doing that with them because the lady at the front desk already said I wouldn't have to I explain I don't really have a job and I know it's not their problem but I didn't have the money for the deposit (because I wasn't expecting to pay a whole new deposit) the lady started talking over me so I said I am talking don't talk over me the lady who called me told me well I can just take you off the schedule if you would like I said yes you can go ahead and do that then I get a call about ten to twenty minutes after I get off the phone with the other woman and the next woman is very nice she basically explains the situation which I understand and then I ask her so I have to pay because you guys have poor communication because in the phone call she expressed that the first woman I spoke with was wrong and the first deposit was used as a cancelation fee which had never been mentioned before or after paying because I was to late to be seen I wasn't going for myself or because of anything special I am a veteran and was sent to this place from a veterans foundation from my perspective they essentially stole my money and refuse to give it back so I am out $100 and I had to find a whole new clinic and make a whole new appointment with a new deposit which is fine I have to do what I have to do they just are terrible at communicating and not a good team
