Love Dr. Rimmer and Direct Primary Care. Haven been a member since they opened and can't say…read moreenough positive things about this model of care. It is the way healthcare and primary care SHOULD be delivered. If you are considering, take the leap. I am young and healthy but after signing up, I realized how much easier it is to actually prioritize your health when all the barriers to care and nonsense around our current system are removed. Just do it! Sign up today!

Dr. Rimmer opened Direct Primary Care of Oklahoma in January 4th and it is a membership-based…read morefamily medicine clinic. I chose to become a member because it's affordable and as an independent contract worker, I do not have employer provided health insurance. This is a great way for me to receive excellent healthcare without spending a lot of money. The office space is brand new and very modern with a welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Rimmer and his nurse are both so kind and welcoming. Dr. Rimmer took time to ask me questions, let me ask questions, and also provide answers and helpful resources to my questions. I did not feel rushed at all and in one visit I was able to have all of my concerns out at ease. Dr. Rimmer took a holistic approach, asking about my health goals for the year, follow up appointments so I can check in on my progress and also provide support. They offer in house labs and imagine, if needed, which makes those cost effective as well. I highly recommend Direct Primary Care of Oklahoma.

I've been going to Dr Pittman for 12 plus years. Sometimes I do have to wait longer than I would…read morelike to see him so I try to schedule my appointments for first thing in the morning or first appointment after lunch (1:00pm). These waits are the only reason I did not give a 5 star rating. Unfortunately this seems to be the norm in most doctors offices now. I appreciate his attentiveness to my needs. He is very a knowledgeable physician

Shamelessly sent me and a colleague to collections (and I assume everyone with our corporate…read moreinsurance plan) with no notice, for years old charges that were already paid because their incompetent office staff and accounting program can't fathom what an HRA is (their office manager and the collections agency admitted this). So they literally tried to double charge us and screw our credit without so much as a phone call. Had to argue with a collections agency for a month and dig up 2 year old PDFs from my insurance (good thing they had these easily accessible). The only reason they dropped it was because they already screwed my friend (it hit his credit) and so using knowledge of his experience, I could call them out on their BS. His struggle took months because he did not have all the information I had (they went after him first). These bills were ALREADY PAID, Putnam knew about the flaw in their system and did nothing to defend us presumably because they already sold us to the third party collections agency. Had to be resolved with the snake collections agent who had to escalate it to her director to even get it dropped. What ever happened to "do no harm?" The place itself sucks. Extremely long wait times and you are herded around like cattle sometimes waiting 45 minutes in the room even after you already waited in the lobby. The staff (nurses and such) are OK, but perpetually grumpy, probably because their boss is a scumbag. If you like being treated like a fat sack of money instead of a human being, go to Putnam North Family Medical. It has been a few months now since this happened, so I am not writing this out of impulsive anger. The only reason anyone would ever go here is misplaced loyalty and/or complacency. My friend had been a loyal patient for 20+ years and recommended it to me. Look where that got him.
