They were able to come the same day, and as requested, called over an hour ahead of time so I could leave work in Gallatin to meet them. This was my second time using Parker for plumbing work. The first time, he installed a tankless…read morewater heater, and his pricing was fair. I was happy with the work and even recommended him to others. This time, though, was a completely different experience. I needed two outdoor spigots replaced, and he told me it would be $250 per spigot plus parts. Based on that, I expected the total to be somewhere around $500--especially since he mentioned giving me a discount for being a returning customer. So when I got the final bill for $1,000, I was completely caught off guard. If I had known it would be that high, I would have shopped around first. Now, Parker is saying we discussed the pricing beforehand, but that's just not true. At no point did he tell me it was going to cost $1,000. In fact, he said it would be around $500 because of the discount. I appreciate that he got the job done, but I can't ignore how overpriced it was. Not only did I get charged top dollar, but the "discount" he mentioned was nowhere to be found.
