That made a difference. I decided to go with a higher quality model than my budget but am so pleased so far with the system....Didn't want their temp star brand but they still delivered great service. Now a little disappointed in the installation of the foil face, I think, , (silver duct wrap insulation was glued haphazardly to the house...not appealing ). The workers not as pleasant this time around. I'll still recommend Estes any day over these corporate companies insisting on paid service memberships up front ...

I was in and out in a couple minutes and had my part without waiting for shipment or an appointment. Ed's is a little like an auto parts store, but for HVAC - go in, tell them either the specific part and size you need, or give them a model and they'll look up options for you. At the register next to me a contractor had an old fan motor that the staff were helping him match based on size and specs. The prices for parts here are quite competitive and the staff is friendly and helpful. In addition to parts, they have a wide array of maintenance items, from tools to cleaning solutions. They take cash and card, in addition to P.O.s for businesses with credit accounts. There is plenty of parking out front.
