There were 2 guys about 5 feet away literally attempting to hide in the back from me so they could continue their personal conversation. After 5 minutes, I finally asked if I could please get some help with a return, which was met with an unpleasant attitude and no words spoken by the guy helping me. He rolled his eyes and sighed the entire time and literally wouldn't say a word. It was around 10am on a weekday & I was the only person in their store. I was completely patient & kind to this guy & not only was he rude, but they also lost my package! The company I bought the dress from says it was 'Happy Returns' not scanning a drop off code (that I watched him scan), even after ups sent me a confirmation email that it was submitted & on its way. Honestly it's just upsetting because I showed up during normal business hours, I was extremely polite, patient & I even waited for another moment, asked if he needed anything else from me but he just stared blankly back at me for a moment & gave no answer.
