They said no..... so assuming that was implying that the customer would have to use the "Self-services kiosk himself.... I asked again and verifying twice that the location for Printing/SCANNING/EMAILING and SHIPPING Packages....No longer Scans to have an email go back the original user because that service isn't there. He confirmed in their store they ONLY fax now because of a "NEW" machine for 2026 technology for digital packages. The only UPS store in America.... apparently not able to do this task. Then the rep made fun of me in front of another customer. Then hung up on me. Then I called back to confirm the digital package had been deleted and they hung up again. Bad location for UPS. Hope it goes higher up and please help them get a scanner in their building again.

Due to the fact that I had used all of my service calls, I was going to use my daughter's service call. They told me that she had to be there, but I had done this in the past and had no problems. I love that about this service because so often towing willgive you a time of, for example, 20 minutes, but it winds up being 40 minutes. This time they told us 12 to 15 minutes and they were calling us after about eight to tell us that they were a block away. The driver was clean and courteous. The service went further to offer that he was able to swap out the old battery for a new battery right there on the spot. This is a funny thing to say...
