These people are the real deal. I strongly advise that you look no further. I seem to always be getting myself in trouble with the State of California, and the IRS. As a self-employed person and work-a-holic, I over work, and I have had several seizures because of it. It take months to recover and in the past I have what the tax authorities would call a late filer. I will warn you right now, not to contact any companies in California, If that is where you live. Of the two (2) California company's I have worked with in the past, I found them to be dishonest, basically total crooks, and shams. These company's were secretly owned by foreigners (but showing others as the front line management). I have found out personally that these people do not care about you, only how much they can continue to squeeze out of your wallet. Spending several hundred dollars, with nothing to show. Be careful when selecting a company. Luckily, I found Precision Tax Relief and worked with Scott Gettis and his staff to secure myself an Offer and Compromise. Amazing Service. I found this company when I was researching on the web about needing help with my taxes. They helped me with my last 4 years of my taxes after I was getting conflicting information from the IRS and was about to get levied. They were able to negotiate and get all my taxes corrected and to where I was current by the end of this year. Quite Amazing considering what I was up against. When I had additional questions or forms, I would just email and I received answers right away. Larry really knows his stuff and made it easy to understand after negotiating on my behalf. I had never heard of Precision Tax Relief but decided to try them after reading online reviews and having an initial consultation with Scott Gettis. I was skeptical but thought it was worth a try since the IRS took my refund and was planning to take a lot more because of unpaid taxes when I was married that I was not aware of. Initially, Scott estimated my issue would be resolved in about 6 months but it took almost a year (partly due to the government furlough and the rest because they are the IRS). The IRS passed my case from office to office, back and forth but Scott was familiar with their process and told me to be patient. I was just about to give up after receiving a letter from the IRS that seemed to say they denied my abatement request but Scott followed up with them immediately and confirmed that they actually did accept my request so I am now free of any IRS debt.
