I would highly recommend Mobile Notary to anyone with little time and the need to get these legal documents completed quickly. Total time spent from start to finish, was around 15-minutes with Richard and his wife Teri as one of our witnesses. Phenomenal service for a great price! $30 for them to come to you, $10/stamp (ie. 1x will needed 1x stamp), and then $10/witness provided by them (so, for us, we needed 1x more witness provided by them), for a total of $60. After about 4 years with the company, I received my last email from Legacy Global today in regards to my tax returns. Not to downplay my mistake but I've had health issues for some time and we have been in-flux with traveling, work and life and missed our deadline of September 1st for filing for the business. My fault, and I never argued it wasn't. Mind you, I will have to pay a penalty for filing late, not Legacy Global. Here is the reply I received from an email asking, nicely, what I needed to provide to them... "We needed stuff from you back on sept 1st, so we could meet the deadline on your scorp return of 9/15. If you want us to complete your returns, then you need to be more responsive and go through the organizer I sent on this original email and determine what we need based on the previous year. "Things always seem to come at the last minute or too late. You are not very organized or attentive and I really think you need to find some else to handle your taxes. - Chad Bailey @ Legacy Global" Mind you, Chad Bailey is saying this because he knows I am on the hook and have to file soon. When I need this company the most they decide to play this card. A complete abuse of power. This is also the same company that has not fixed their payment gateway issues in over a year and do not consistently reply to emails in a timely manner.
