Two years ago, my RV trailer lights went out during a trip to Door County. A place in Green Bay fixed the electrical connection, and it lasted for a year. Then it went out again. A place in Illinois tried, but couldn't fix it. Another place in Illinois said they fixed it. But when I moved up here to Chippewa Falls, and connected up the RV, no lights. Brad fixed it. I didn't make an appointment but showed up asking if they could at least inspect the brakes and let me know if was safe to drive home on. They said they were pretty swamped, their first opening being later in the week, but they would at least take a look at it for me. Friday rolled around, the last day they were open before I had to leave, and they called me in the morning letting me know that they inspected the brakes and that they were worn down but that they went ahead and replaced them for me.
