From the moment you walk into Schenck's, you feel like family. We were there past closing time (we didn't realize it until we were leaving), and the owner was happy to take as much time as we needed to try everything out and ask lots of questions...and we didn't even purchase anything that day! When you call Schenck's, you do not get the typical automated answering service. Every time I have called, it has been a human, often the owner, which is quite refreshing. We actually had a concern about one of the pieces we purchased, and they took care of the concern right away. It turned out to be something simple that the manufacturer overlooked, but Schenck's picked up the loveseat and returned it to us, fixed and good as new, within a few hours.
